THEME: THE FORFEITURE OF GOVERNING AUTHORITY THROUGH CONSTITUTIONAL DISRESPECT AND JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT 

Peace, mercy, and the joy of the Lord God Most High be unto the Government, the Nation, and the People of Ghana. 

As a servant of the Most High God, I present this Divine message in humble obedience, trust, and hope in God the Creator, and love for the peace, progress, prosperity, and goodness for Ghana—the well-being, happiness, and joy of the people of Ghana, under the gracious, merciful, and blessed hands of the Most High God. Peace and blessing be unto all.  Amen!! 

The Most High God has asked His servant to advise the President, His Excellency John Mahama, and his government to resign and make way for a new government to run the affairs of the county.  Thus says the Lord God Jehovah: the government of the country has showed gross disrespect to parliament—the representatives of the people and the legislature of the country. 

According to the Most High God of Ghana, the Attorney-General’s disrespect for and non-cooperation with the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of parliament regarding the Woyome Judgement Dept Payment Issue is an affront against Parliament, the accredited constitutional representatives of the people of Ghana and legislative body of the nation.  

The Lord says the misconduct of the Attorney-General is an act of disrespect and dishonor towards the People of Ghana as well as the act of violation of the constitution and laws of the country. Furthermore, it is an affront against Him Jehovah, God of this land, who is shepherding the peace, stability, progress, and glory of the country. Besides, the Minister of Justice’s misconduct raises an indictment against the Executive and the Presidency. 

Now, the government’s violation of the Constitution is creating a culture of disregard and abuse of the legislative and judicial processes in the land.  Thus, the Woyome Debt Judgement case, has caused President John Mahama’s Government to forfeit its right to rule the country. Therefore, says the Lord God Jehovah: The government must resign and give way for a new government to run the affairs of the country. 

The Lord has also directed that the Speaker of Parliament and the Judicial Service of the country must take due note of the misconduct and violation of the constitution, legal and judicial processes in the Woyome Debt Judgement case, by the late President John Atta-Mills and then Vice-President John Mahama as well as President John Mahama and Vice-President Amissah-Arthur administrations. 

Parliament, the Judiciary, and the entire nation and people of Ghana must take due note of the disrespect and disregard of the legislature, the open violations of the constitution and laws of the land, by the Executive and Presidency of the two NDC (2009-2012) government and the disregard, disrespect, and abuse of legal and indicial processes, and the need for accountability, transparency, and justice in governance. 

We end by reminding government, nation, and people that the Bible declares that:  

“Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah and the people He has chosen for His own inheritance” (Psalm 33:12). 

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34) 

We pray, speak of, and declare the Peace and Blessedness of God to our nation. May the knowledge and fear of God grow, spread— inform, cover, and direct conduct private and public in the nation.  May peace, righteousness, judgement, justice, and joy in the Lord grow, prosper, and flourish in Ghana.
