THEME: THE RESTORATION OF THE DOMINION MANTLE AND THE NOAHIC MANDATE OF THE STAR NATION 

GHANA: A CHOSEN NATION, BEULAH LAND, THE STAR OF AFRICA 

God the Creator has chosen and set Ghana apart as a star nation and a people for His Praise and Glory in Africa, designating her a leading nation among the comity of nations. It is true to say in this direction that Ghana had already mounted this Divine Platform of Glory during the colonial era, and particularly in the matter of colonial emancipation in Africa, south of the Sahara to wit. 

The position and status of Ghana as a chosen nation and the Star of Africa carries with it responsibilities towards Africa, her spiritual, and social order, her politics and governance, her economic order and performance, and her cultural advancement. 

In this regard, we are always fascinated and delighted by the mantle of dominion and glory that fell upon the Patriarch Noah before and during the flood. In Noah, mortal fallen man stood in Divine power and authority. He exercised dominion, and glory among creation—animals, birds, and all in the Ark that rode safely and securely over the waters. It is sad that Adam and Eve sinned, fell, and caused man to run short of the glory of God. The mantle of dominion was not withdrawn, but the level of Divine authority, power, and glory was reduced. His life was shortened so man cannot perpetuate rebellion, disobedience, and the rejection of God’s Dominion, Kingdom, and Sovereignty over the earth. 

For this cause, Christ was revealed.  He came to create man afresh, to redeem and restore the lost glory, impart and raise the Dominion Stature and Glory of man, so man can serve afresh as Priest, King, and Joint-Heir with Christ in Christ’s Reign and Rule over the earth, for and on behalf of the Father—God and Creator. 

It may be appreciated that, unlike Adam and Eve, Jesus rejected the prospects of Dominion and Glory as God of the earth outside the Father (Matthew 4: 8-10). The mantle of dominion as God, King, and Lord of the earth—and Governor of the nations—has come to Him after His obedience, suffering, death, and resurrection. As the scripture records: “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matthew 28:18) 

Christ received this mantle of God and Dominion of the earth as King and Lord with the fullness of spirit, authority, power, stature, and glory as God. Not only in Him dwelleth the fullness of the Godhead bodily, but He also received the Mantle of God through conferment and blessing of the Father. This is the spirit, process, legality, integrity, and purity of the Mantle. The primary call and intention behind this book is to expose and guard against the deception of the false Christ, false prophets, and the false teachers. 

In Jesus Christ therefore, the mantle of Divine Dominion, Authority, Power, and Glory has returned to man, the ‘Second Adam’—the Christ-believing, born anew, Holy Spirit-baptized, filled and anointed, scripture believing, and obedient saint granted access to the gates of heaven and the very Throne Room of God in heaven. 

They saints are Joint-Heirs with Christ, seated in Christ in heavenly places on the right side of the Father.
