THEME: THE DIVINE ASCENT AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE SPIRIT 

I was glad when they said unto me, ‘LET US GO INTO THE HOUSE OF THE LORD.’ 

I did not know what awaited me, but inside me was joy,  

springs of joy welling up and consuming me in an explicable ecstasy.  

And what did I find there?  

The open arms of the Unseen, Unknown One,  

whose smiles inapproachable mesmerized me.  

I simply melted in love and joy.  

What an experience! 

Then came The Voice, special, unique drowning. 

I learnt later the Voice comes rushing like rivers of many waters. 

You cannot help but throw yourself—arms, feet, head, heart, and mind— 

into the rivers of many waters to swim. 

Did I say swim? 

No, the waters rather turn into wheels that spring you into space, 

into the arms and presence of the Voice. 

There, the flight began into heights of the unseen inexplicable. 

The journey into eternity: 

My spirit took a new nature capable of flight, 

Life, and stability in the presence and beauty of eternity. 

There, the presence, the set thrones, and glory of the Eternal Voice 

The eternal one unto whom and into whom I entered when I got into the house of the Lord. 

Peace and joy everlasting.
