AN OPEN LETTER TO CHRISTIANS WHO WILL INHERIT THE KINGDOM
THEME: THE MESSIANIC STANDARD AND THE OVERTHROW OF ANCESTRAL ENTRAPMENT
Praise ye the Lord! The church has suffered violence since its inauguration by the Lord Jesus Christ. The Master was aware at the inauguration of the challenges entailed hence; He gave the church not only power and authority to confront and overcome the gates of hell—but also the key to the Kingdom of heaven (Matthew 16:13-19; Acts 1:8). The power, authority, and key for victory and joy on earth, and inheritance in the Kingdom of heaven lie in His wonderful name—Jesus Christ and the word of God.
But victory and joy are won at a price. Therefore, there is a critical need, first, for utter faith, love, trust, and hope in Jesus Christ. Second, this must be buttressed by total trust, yielding to, obedience of, and dependence on the Holy Spirit and the Word of God—in that specific order. This is the basis of righteousness and walking and working in Divine Glory. The word of God without dependence on the ministry and administration of the Holy Spirit is carnality, futility, and even fatal. That is living the faith in the power, understanding, knowledge, and wisdom of man, the fallen Adamic human spirit and power.
Human self-trust, ‘ego-I am’ pursuit, and projection is the open door for deception and seduction by the serpent on one part, and human self-trust and pride, drudgery in sin and perversion, death, and eternal damnation on the other. First Adam fell to self-indulgence and disobedience. For this cause, Christ came to save from sin, to redeem fallen man— created him anew and restored the lost Divine glory. He has also come to fight, overcome, and deliver fallen man from satanic oppression and control and to destroy the works of Satan. He has come to overthrow both the Satan kingdom of rebellion and the human kingdom of disobedience, self-indulgence, pride, and aspiration to be God.
“It is an eternal truth that no human being—even those found within the faith and glory of Abraham—could reach perfection outside of Jesus Christ! The redeemed people of Israel, of Abraham-Isaac-Jacob blood line—including Abraham himself, the prophets, saints, and kings of the old church of Biblical and historic Israel also fell due to the challenges posed by sin, the Mosaic law, human pride, and satanic deception. Those who fought the good fight of faith and proved faithful unto the end needed, yet, the redemption, restoration, and resurrection seed and seal of Jesus Christ—before they can enter into fullness of rest and glory in the Kingdom of heaven (Hebrews 11:8-16, 23-40; 1st Peter 3: 18-19; 4:6).
That is to say, neither the ‘old man’ of direct Adam and Eve descent, nor the ‘redeemed man’ of the Abraham-Mosaic order can enter the Kingdom of heaven without the seed, justification, and seal of redemption, restoration, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Christ is the Messiah indeed. Hallelujah! He is the Saviour, Redeemer, Restorer, Judge, King, and Lord of all. Christ is the Divine eternal spirit of redemption, restoration, and glory to all men of all generations. This is a spiritual truth of eternal significance hidden from and/or missing by many professed believers and worshippers of God.
Today, the church in the world is facing serious challenges by a world of darkness and death—of unbelief, lawlessness, faithlessness, and of outright rejection of God and His Christ. Many have rejected and abandoned the will, law, light, way, and knowledge of God. The nations are holding on to tradition, culture, religion, philosophy, and science of men, hoping for the good life. In the midst of global rejection of God and return to satanic deception and the lure and glory of sin, perversion, and human self-indulgence, the church people around the globe—Africa in particular are seriously entrapped by Tradition, Custom, and Culture of the fathers of old.
Many a Christian in Africa, in spite of being born again by the everlasting, incorruptible Seed and Spirit of Jesus Christ and sealed by the Holy Spirit against the Day of Redemption (John 1:12-14; 1st Peter 2: 23-25; Ephesians 1:5-14) are finding it difficult to break away from the gods of the fathers, mothers, from tradition, custom, and culture set in place by spirits, men, demons, and powers of darkness—yea, by the gods, goddesses, deities and demons in the forests, trees, stones, mountains, lagoons, streams, rivers, and seas.
Unfortunately, pride in African tradition and culture is being prompted and promoted by the lure of academic glory, the seeming success of the fallen away church, and peoples of western civilization and by the attraction of European atheistic and humanist philosophies and ideologies, as well as the false light of men and spirits, the sciences, the ideas, and ways of so-called modernism.
Many purported to be sound, grounded, and rooted in Christ, the scriptures, and filled with the Holy Spirit—preaching and prophesying with signs and miracles following—are unable to break from the traditions, customs, and culture of the fathers and mothers and today’s world (Genesis 12:1-3; Psalm 45: 10-11; 1st John 2: 15-26). The African Christian clergy and laity are entrapped as it is, in spiritual fornication and adultery with the gods, deities, and ways of their father’s, notwithstanding the clear evidence of their Satan-cum-demonic base and the resultant poverty and non-progress, darkness, and death, as well as the perpetuation of oppression and captivity and the desolation of past generations. That is to say, the church in Africa is yet to rise to the occasion to be an effective instrument of truth, light, liberty, and Divine glory in Africa.
Even the more depressing is that the African Church is blinded by the lures of the insecure passing glory of the present world. She is yet to take on fully the Christ mandate of redemption, repairing, and rebuilding of cities and nations, establishing the Kingdom of heaven on earth (Isaiah 9:6-7; 19:19-22; 61:1-6; Luke 4: 18-19). Christ has come to do a totally ‘New Thing’ in Africa and the Gentile world (Isaiah 42: 1-12).
In this regard, Christians need to totally surrender to Jesus Christ and the Faith. We need to be fully baptized and immersed in the Holy Spirit, the mind, truth, and word of Jesus Christ, the knowledge and wisdom, power, authority, and might of the Kingdom of God and His Christ to be fully yielded vessels made meet and worthy instruments of Divine Truth, Light, Liberty, and Glory of the Kingdom of God in Africa. It is such that can take on the full measure of heaven Kingdom power, key, and glory on earth and on to heaven.
We shall address later the challenges of human philosophies, ideologies, ideas, theories, and ways in showing forth the marvelous light in the dark world and in the rebuilding, healing, and establishing of new nations in the Law, Light, Way, and Knowledge of God and the Kingdom of God and His Christ on earth. Who can inherit the Kingdom of God except he or she whose sins are forgiven, who is born again, and is established in Christ, His word, and Kingdom of Light and of entry unto heaven glory on earth and forever. Be it clear meanwhile, that human spirit and mind power, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, the discoveries, joys, and glory thereof, even if not tainted with Satanism and defiled by human pride and sin are but earthly, short lived, and without eternal significance.
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ unto eternity in the Kingdom of God. This is the key to life, joy, liberty, and glory in the Kingdom of God on earth and in heaven unto eternity.
