THEME: A VISION FOR GHANA: CHRIST’S MESSIANIC KINGDOM IN GHANA 

As many in the Church are aware, the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES) has been burdened specially by the Lord God Almighty with His Kingdom Glory in Ghana since the middle-seventies. Accordingly, the Society has devoted much of her works—preaching, teaching, intercession, crusades, missions, conferences, music festivals, newspaper articles, correspondence with Churches, Heads of States, Governments, Council of State, the Public Services, Politicians, Recognized Bodies, Opinion Leaders, et all, all aimed at the working out and establishment of Christ’s Messianic Kingdom of Peace, Righteousness, and Joy in the Holy Ghost and Prosperity in our land (Isaiah 62). 

The goal was given by the LORD in 1984: Ghana as Beulah Land and God’s Crown of Glory in all the earth. In February 1995, the LORD spoke of His victory in the Kingdom Battle for Ghana.  This Victory, we invited the Church to celebrate with us in April 1995. The victory is for Christ, Church and country Ghana.  

This year, the Lord has directed that we celebrate the Anniversary of the Coming of His Kingdom and Throne of Glory in Ghana. In obedience to the Lord’s direction, the Society has scheduled a 4-Day Symposia on the theme: A VISION FOR GHANA: CHRIST’S MESSIANIC KINGDOM IN GHANA: 

The symposia is a visit to the 1995 National Holy Spirit Conference held at Legon with the theme: THE MARCH TO GLORYLAND. Ghana has entered the dawn of a new era, the era of Christ’s Messianic Kingdom Glory where God and His Christ and the Christian Scriptures will become the spirit and power base and the philosophy and ideology guiding national processes, the development, progress, and general advancement of our beloved country and people. 

We envision a Ghana without fetish, idols, blood sacrifices, demon worship, and the control of the tribal and national affairs via Satanic powers of darkness, and wicked men who do not value human life, nor know, nor care about the Divine Wrath and Judgement that follow the ritual murders, the exploitation, and oppression of the poor and needy, and the manipulation of social processes to satisfy their hunger for power and the narrow vested interests of a privileged few. 

The symposia is geared therefore, towards preparing the way and equipping the saints, Christians and all God-Fearing and loyal Citizens of Ghana—for the building, running, maintenance, and flourishing of Ghana as a peaceful, righteous, just, and prosperous nation and people. This will make Ghanaians a New People and Ghana a New Nation under God.   

The New Ghana shall be, the City or Nation that God built, not the Ghana built by the Word Bank, Foreign Superpowers, and donors aided and abetted by local citizens motivated by personal advancement and glory, and/or tribal hegemony. 

We are issuing this Open Letter as an open invitation to all Christians, God-fearing and loyal citizens of Ghana, to the symposia which will be held at the VAG (legion) hall, 6:30pm each day, Wednesday 19th through Saturday 22nd February 1997. We will humbly appeal to all Christians, particularly those in politics, business, the professions and positions of authority and responsibility, the media and students in universities and colleges to attend the proceedings, join, and contribute to the discussions on the Vision Of A New Ghana Under God with Jesus Christ the Messiah as the Spirit and Power base of Ghana, for the Glory of God.  That will make Ghana A Crown of Glory in the hand of the Lord and the people of Ghana, the holy people, the redeemed of the Lord (Isaiah 62: 1-5, 12). 

May all come so we bless the LORD together for His vision, will, and purposed promise to Ghana.  

May His name be praised for ever. Amen and Amen!!
