THE DIVINE PATTERN: AN OPEN LETTER ON THE ORIGIN, NATURE, AND HOPE OF THE HUMAN RACE

Series:

THEME: THE RESTORATION OF DIVINE IDENTITY AND THE CHRISTOLOGICAL FOUNDATION OF MAN

Peace to you and all— family, friends, and foes, aged and young. We have Good News for all, we write concerning the human race: its beginning, present, and future standing.  We are revisiting the core issue of FAITH—the spirit power of action that gives meaning, substance, reality and hope to man.  Without faith no one can live active meaningful, fulfilling, and joyful life. Trust and hope in God provide an added dimension, reality, and understanding behind creation, the Creator of all things—including the spirit, life, being, mind power, and authority, as well as movement, action, creativity, nature, and hope of man.  Man has been designed after a holy, steadfast, permanent, and everlasting pattern: the spirit-nature of God, the Creator. In short, man is created after the nature, pattern, and image of God the Creator.

Please permit us to defer the discussion of man who “evolved” from nothing and has no discernible and certain pattern, form, or shape, and is living without knowledge of who and what it is going. “The evolution man” is a thing rolling on in uncertainty in time and space— unsure and uncertain of who, what, or where it was yesterday, where it is today, and where it will be tomorrow. His spirit, mind, nature, and form are in continuous and uncertain change. To call that thing, man is itself a lie and self-deception. It is an attempt to plod along in hopes in borrowed clothes. Did Darwin emerge and die as mortal man—one created in the image of God, but who fell from grace and glory because of ambition to be God.  Did he reject the eternal sustaining energy, authority, and wisdom of the constant, non-changing, everlasting Creator?

Those who believe in the powers of the human spirit-nature and ego, because of its inherent powers, do no more than affirm that man has come out of an existing nature and pattern. Otherwise, where is the basis of confidence, faith, and hope in the “flying thing.”

Faith is spirit.  It is an inherent nature of the Creator, passed on to man, created in/or as a lower form of the Creator’s spirit-being nature, given mandated authority and power to act as vassal of God, an overseer over the immense, beautiful, and glorious golden garden of the earth.

The beauty, splendor, joy, and glory in the Garden of Eden can be said to be, but a replica of the earth—the Creator’s “hanging garden” in space.  Surely, the   Creator must have much interest and pleasure, indeed bountiful joy, in watching His creation from the terrace of His palace in heaven.  Man, also derives much a joy from the earth.  Yes, both God and man derive much a joy in the beauty, splendor, and treasures on earth.

The knowledge and consciousness of the reality, powers, joy, and glory of God the Creator cannot but intensify love of, faith, and hope in the Creator God. That is to say, man’s knowledge and inner consciousness, encounters, and experience with the Creator is the basis of faith, worship, adoration, thanksgiving, joy, and hope in the Creator God. What a shame the mutual gladness and joy of Creator and creature was broken due to the ingratitude, ambition, and disobedience of Eve/Adam.

It is man’s desire to be independent and self-reliant that brought separation and broke the mutual gladness and joy in fellowship with and worship of the Creator. It may be deduced from here that we are speaking from the Christian Faith perspective, based as it is on Biblical declarations and narrative on the process of creation who the Creator God and man is. (Genesis chapters 1, 2, & 3) According to the scripture, man is a spirit-being of Divine original clothed in clay.

The Biblical revelation indicates that man is a spirit-being drawn essentially from the Divine spirit of life and light inherent in and derivable from the Word of God. The Word of God in turn is the Divine Spirit person, the source from which came forth all creation.  The Word of God is in fact the primary element and common factor in all creation.  All things consist in Him, Christ Jesus, Son of the Living God.
