DIVINE GLORY OF GOD IN HIGH CALLING

Series:

SERMON INSIGHTS

The Holy Orders of Mission and the Essential Death to Self

The church is not a name or an organization of man, but the people who gather to worship God together called by God himself from among men. It is not of man, angel, or spirit, but by the Most High God the father through the transmission of the spirit of the son, Jesus Christ. The church bears the seed the nature, the seal and mark of the everlasting divine nature of God the creator. This seed is the basis of our holiness unto God and the point of entry into Glory. I stated firmly: The church and her mission therefore, are of divine heavenly origin and accreditation. The building is not a church; the true church presence is felt when one feels the presence of God. Our status is a royal priesthood, a holy nation, which is a high calling. The entire operation of church mission is designed and functioning and operation as determined ordered set-in place and run by Jesus Christ as head. The entire edifice of the church is to witness of Christ.

I then presented the essential way to glory: The way of glory is death to self. I warned that Yourself shall be the greatest stumbling block to your growth and maturity in divine glory. The consequence of drawing closer to Christ is the greater the separation from the world, and the greater the death. I urged them, To receive the divine glory… die to yourself. The principle is clear: The more you die to yourself, the greater you rise in divine glory. I highlighted that one of the tragedies of the church today is self-consciousness, self-esteem, self.

I began by sharing a reflection the Lord brought to my attention about the reality of things. He specifically mentioned vegetation, trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, and all, emphasizing their diversity, color, and virtues. The key revelation was that all creation had no idea, a previous idea of their existence. They didn’t exist anywhere but only found themselves where they were because they came by the Word of God. This taught me that within the Word of God are riches. I then made a deliberate shift, choosing to emphasize riches rather than being worried about power, which seems to consume this generation. I was clear: I’m not referring to the church that thinks riches is silver and gold. That is nothing to compare to the real reality of the riches of God.

This is an invitation to a table of divine glory. I pointed out that divine glory is a subject matter that does not receive attention, generally speaking, in the body of Christ. I stressed that “divine” is an adjective describing this particular type of Glory, distinguishing it from the glory of man or the glory of angels. This glory is of the Father.

The revelation of this glory to creation is a mission given to the church. I explained that it was first a mission given to man, who was God’s direct representative to creation so That creation shall know the creator. I contrasted this with man’s current pursuit through science and technology, which is an unending and difficult venture where we have not reached any definite answer of what we may discover as the truth. I lamented that the church has allowed human wisdom, human knowledge, human power, human understanding, and human calculations to invade it, calling these gravy images that pollute the pulpit. This shows a depth of want or lack of knowledge of God, and the reality of the glory of God.

We are seeking Christ in us, and the Holy Spirit with us, that we might find light and life. This light and life are in the word, which has been given a name called what? Jesus Christ. I emphasized that the word is higher than Jesus Christ. The word was brought lower when He took on the nature of man. I clarified that man lost this glory through the desire to be self, and to be God unto himself. We, the church, are being lifted to regain the original lost glory. We are born to be a second Adam of a higher order than the Adam of Genesis. This is a table of glory, of a divine nature, of a higher level. To enter this, we must meet Christ and hear him. I assured them that hearing Christ is the only way you can regain your consciousness to enter this higher glory, so that we move from glory to glory.

Identity, Mission, and the Foundational Blocks

I shared a profound moment where the Lord revealed to me the extent of His identity, saying that the 24 elders, the beasts, and all these things you see in Heaven, they also don’t know him. They were created and could not tell of their existence before. I stressed that one can be in the church, but you may not be able to know his identity, except he calls you and reveals it to you. You can study all the scriptures and learn all the theories and pass all the exams, but you will still be far, far away. Even the most majestic archangels are lower; God is far higher.

The purpose of this gathering is for fresh visitation, rediscovery, reordering, reassertion and first strengthening of the glory of the body of Christ and his church mission. The entire purpose is that the world shall know the only true God and the one he sent. The church finds her identity by knowing the true God and the son. Our mission is to identify to be witnesses of the one sent.

I proposed that to open the door to the riches of divine glory inherent in Jesus Christ, we must revisit the foundational blocks:

  1. The spirit standing, the reconnection and settlement in Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I reminded them We are spirit beings. You cannot find God by intellectual capacity or intellectual investigation. We need a fresh confession an affirmation of our connection with and standing in Jesus Christ.
  2. Confirmation and repositioning in church mission. The church is one and her mission is one, regardless of different labels. The mission is witnessing of Christ, preaching the gospel, signs and miracles. I emphasized that the role of an Apostle or Bishop is to present Jesus Christ and to exalt Christ.
  3. Renew and rejoin the truth, the purity and integrity and glory of Christ and his heaven ordered holy church mission. Our theme is the divine glory of God in high calling in church and nation. This means the people of God must truly stand in Christ and his divine glory so they can represent reveal and present the father and his divine glory to the world. It is not about church numbers or finances, but about the quality of the work. Every member must represent Christ and present Christ to the world.

I concluded by reiterating that the church itself is built by Jesus Christ. Christ is the spirit power foundation and glory of the church. He is the head and commander in chief and principal spirit and worker in the church. We must yield our being to him. I cautioned that intellectual minded people often obstruct the blessings of God because they rely on their minds. Be urged to listen to the Holy Spirit and not to men, their minds, or their feelings. If you are able to submit yourself and die to yourself, you rise in glory. Then your life shall be a vessel worthy of Christ, and divine glory shall descend. Ultimately, the whole creation shall know the creator through you.

God bless you.
