A MEMORIAL TO ABRAHAM

Series:

THEME: THE COVENANT OF RECONCILIATION AND TERRITORIAL HONOR

Peace be unto all the peoples and nations of the Middle East.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon us to call for peace and unity between the children of Biblical Abraham—Isaac and Ishmael in particular, so to establish a state of peace, quiet, unity, and cooperation—a rest and glory in the Middle East for a Memorial unto Father Abraham.

In this connection, the Most High God has directed us to call attention to the spirit of peace, unity, and cooperation between Isaac and Ishmael for the burial, final rest, and memorial for their father at his death. The two elder sons agreed on the burial site and joined hands together to bury their father in the land purchased by Father Abraham himself, all to the glory of his memory and of course, to the glory of Jehovah, the God of their father. (Genesis 25:8-10).

According to the Almighty God, the Father of Glory, there is a need, possibility, and room for peace, quiet, unity, and cooperation for peaceful and orderly co-existence for the Middle East nations and peoples. The Middle East is the land and home of the heritage of Abraham—comprising Hebrews, Arabs, Jews, and Gentiles. Such a state of affairs will inure to peace, rest, and glory of the honor and glorious memory of Abraham, now awaiting the day of redemption and glory.

The wish, desire, and direction of the Most High God is that the nations and peoples of Abraham’s heritage of the Middle East countries—must not only sanctify and cherish their blood connection thereby, honoring the memory of Father Abraham and their fathers. That they should also develop true and genuine desire for reconciliation and peace—and be willing to find, order, establish, and respect lasting boundaries for a state of peace, quiet, unity, and cooperation of their nations and peoples, all to the glorious memory of Abraham, the servant of honor—described as ‘father of nations.’ This will also sanctify and glorify God the creator, the friend of Abraham.

There is no gainsaying the fact that the long-standing, non-abating rage and fury of political, religious, cultural, and territorial tension among the Middle East peoples—has not and cannot establish a state of peace, quiet, unity, and cooperation for the affected peoples and nations. Nor can political disorder, violence, blood, and territorial wars secure and safeguard lives and respect for territorial boundaries. To be sure, peace, rest and glory for the spirits of the dead as well as the spirits, hearts, and minds of the living are of a high essence and necessity.

Indeed, eternal peace, rest, and glory to Father Abraham is in the bosom of the Most High God. Such also is the case of the fathers, kings, emperors, prophets, and priests—political leaders, elders, soldiers, business folks, and all everywhere of Abraham’s heritage. In the final analysis, peace, rest and glory to the spirit of Abraham and his heritage of—the Middle East and all Jews and Gentiles, Hebrews and Arabs in Israel, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria and rest—all rest in the Arms of the Most High God. Respect and honor to Him, in heeding and obedience of His injunction, is a sure testimony of true love, knowledge, and honor of God Almighty. To Him, be glory now and forever. Amen!

Further, let it be reaffirmed that Abraham, in the grave, is only resting in hope awaiting the Day of Redemption and the fulfilment of the fullness of glory promised him by his God—God Almighty, Creator, and God of the Universe. (Hebrews 11:8-14)

Finally, the Most High God envisages a state of reconciliation and co-operation: a state of peace, quiet, and unity with godly government and orderly conduct of politics, business, religion, culture, and diversity in aspirations in all affairs of the nations and peoples of the Middle East.

In this regard, there is an urgent, radical, and crucial need for the observance and honor of boundaries and territories of nations and peoples. For example, Ishmael and Abraham’s children with Keturah not only accepted their portions of land and territories marked out to them by Father Abraham, but they honored and did not contest the land and special privileges conferred on Isaac by their father. That is to say, the Middle East countries must be ready and willing to seek and work out peace, unity, and cooperation between and among their peoples and nations—so to create, establish, and respect a lasting state of peace, quiet, rest, and glory for their peoples and nations. Governments and leadership of all groups must accept, buy into, and take stakes with the people for change, direction, and newness of threshold of peace and quiet, unity, cooperation, orderly, and peaceful co-existence.

May the Most High God attend His injunction with blessings, to the Middle East to become a place of rest and glory for the children and heritage of Abraham—to serve as a memorial for Abraham.  Amen and Amen!

This Open Letter for peace and quiet, unity, cooperation, rest, and glory for the peoples and nations of the Middle East as a Memorial for Abraham—is dedicated to Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, Prince of Peace, Saviour, Redeemer, Reconciler, Restorer and King of Glory. Jesus Christ is the Divine Spirit of Life, Light, and Hope of Glory blessed by Father God for the human race and restoration of creation and the world.

There will arise fresh air and wind of change for world peace with Peace, Rest, and Glory in the Middle East. The nations and peoples of the world must stake their support therefore, and work out all assistance for Peace, Rest, and Glory in the Middle East.

GOD BLESS THE MIDDLE EAST.

PEACE BE UNTO ALL PEOPLES and NATIONS.

GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST.
