PRESS STATEMENT
TITLE: ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF THE NEW GHANA
THEME: A CALL UNTO THE CELEBRATION OF THE NEW GHANA BY JEHOVAH, CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. THE GOD OF GHANA
Peace be unto you the great people of the media fraternity.
We have a Message of Hope, Victory and Joy to the Church and People of Ghana.
The message is from the Most High God creator of heaven and earth who is the God of our nation. The message is essentially addressed to the Church and People of God in the country. However, it is intended for the entire nation, Church, Chiefs, Elders, People and Government of the land.
The message calls for the celebration of the great works by the Most High God with His Church and People of Ghana in the ordering, redemption, emergence and establishment of A NEW GHANA for His God’s praise and glory in Africa and the world.
We speak therefore on behalf of the Most High God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, whom we serve as servants and ministers of Christ to the church body, the nation Ghana, Africa and the world.
We stand here also on behalf of The Ghana Evangelical Society, the non-denominational evangelistic missionary movement which has been a fore-runner and vanguard of the Revival in the Church, evangelism and church-planting explosion in the land, the reconciliation, deliverance and redemption of the country and the consequent rise in the dominance of the Christian faith and church nation-wide, and the shining light of God’s Kingdom Glory in the land, making Ghana Beulah land and Star God Kingdom Glory state in Africa and the world.
Yes, we stand here as The Lord’s End-Time Kingdom Army in the land. Hence, the mantle has fallen upon us to call church, chiefs, elders and people of Ghana to God’s command for annual celebration of THE NEW GHANA, 28th February, every year in honor of Jehovah God for His election, reconciliation, redemption, re-ordering and establishment of Ghana as a chosen nation and people redeemed, married and made holy unto Him Jehovah as His people from now unto eternity.
As the Bible says, all things are of God who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ and has given us, the church and people of Ghana the word and ministry of Reconciliation whereby we have become the People Chosen and of Righteousness of God in Himself through Jesus Christ (2nd Cor. 5: 18-21).
Through the open acceptance and explosion of the worship of God the Creator through faith in Jesus Christ throughout the land Ghana has become reconciled, delivered, redeemed and established as a chosen and blessed nation and people of God’s inheritance in Africa and the world (Ps. 33: 12).
The mission of reconciliation, deliverance, redemption and establishment of church, people, nation and government in God generally committed to the church body as a whole became a special commission and ministry concern of the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES) for thirty years and over, beginning 1975 to-date.
The Society has been engaged in many activities connected with the reconciliation of the nation with God for peace and righteousness to prevail and flourish in the land as well as the deliverance of towns, peoples, tribes and nation from Satanic domination and control, the wicked works of spirits and men, idolatry, witchcraft, blood sacrifices and war gods, coup plotters, foreign spirits and powers, and the overall control of nation and people with Satan power with its non-mitigating and un-ending violence, wars and blood, suffering and pain, darkness and death prevalent in Africa and other nations around the world.
Ghana has known peace and is engaged in establishing a state of peace, righteousness and justice, freedom and liberty through the democratic process because of the direct Divine intervention, working hand, mighty and purposeful works with the church and people of the country.
We can say in this regard that the people of Ghana as a whole irrespective of tribe, belief, religion and practice have an abiding and enduring spirit and sense of peace and reverence to God the Creator.
We have found this out in the divine interventional activities and kingdom battles around the country. It is the said activities that have earned the Society the name, THE LORD’S END-TIME KINGDOM ARMY in Ghana and Africa. The ultimate goal of the Redemption and Kingdom Mission is Ghana is Free: Africa is Free!
In this connection, the Spirit of the Lord would have us call attention to some features of THE NEW GHANA created as a result of the Divine redemption of the nation:
- That, the New Ghana is built upon the foundation of God the Creator Himself and pillars of Divine Love, Truth and Mercy, Peace, Righteousness and Justice, Joy and Liberty in the Law, Light and Way of God, and the knowledge and worship of Him God alone.
- That, the New Ghana has been reconciled with God and been delivered, set free and redeemed from the state of political confusion and instability, economic stagnation and social desolation caused by political party rivalries and wranglings, military destabilization and oppression, and civilian-cum-military chess games during the emancipation and post-independence era.
- That, the New Ghana has been delivered from Satanic domination, oppression and control, the Satan-man power alliance in the reign and rule of tribes, people and country through idolatry, oppression by the gods and men, blood sacrifices and wickedness, spiritual and cultural captivity and the consequent superstition and darkness, backwardness and poverty, and the perpetuity of Divine wrath, judgement and fury upon the land.
In view of the above, the NEW GHANA can be stated as being of a heavenly Divine spiritual foundation and order with religious and cultural expression based upon the worship, knowledge and honor of Jehovah God alone and politico-economic and social arrangements based on the knowledge, fear, law and honor of God the Creator and Jesus Christ, Savior, Redeemer and Messiah.
That is to say, the New Ghana is different from Ghana I, the old fallen Ghana Empire where idolatry and sorcery, witchcraft, blood sacrifices, ethnic strife and wars, divine wrath and judgement reigned and which paved the way for foreign colonialist-imperialist exploitation and oppression, dominion and captivity. It is also different from Ghana II, the Ghana of post-independence era characterized by political party rivalry and military adventurism that prompted instability, disquiet and disenchantment, with mounted corruption and mismanagement, and continued foreign exploitation and oppression of the country.
The confused state of foreign oppression mixed with unchartered political party rivalry, military destabilization and civilian-cum-military chess games coupled with unrighteous, unjust, corrupt and wicked exploitation and oppression of people created an atmosphere in which men gave themselves names and claimed to be liberators, redeemers and fathers of the nation.
The fact is that neither did their emancipation and redemption plans and revolutions succeed, nor did their regimes succeed in building sound, viable and lasting spiritual, political and social foundation, systems, structures and development that have stood and can stand the times after them.
It may be worthwhile stating here that, the UGCC/UP Danquah-Dombo-Busia plans for Ghana-Africa, the Nkrumah CPP/NAL Nkrumaist-socialist-Pan African emancipation system, the Kotoka-Afrifa liberation movement, the Acheampong-SMC redemption plan and the Rawlings-PNDC revolution all have failed. None has proved, stood and is standing as the spiritual, philosophical and ideological base for building the nation. None has the right therefore to claim title as REDEEMER and FATHER of the NATION.
We are indeed in a New Ghana whose foundation is God the Creator, whose redeemer is Jesus Christ and whose God and Father is The Most High God, the everlasting sovereign and supreme King of all creation.
Simply stated, the plan of God for Ghana is that, Ghana be built, established and flourishing as His chosen nation, redeemed, married and established in His Kingdom glory of Peace, Righteousness, Justice and Joy, His truth, law, light and way, freedom and liberty, and progress in His mercy and goodness and abiding presence in the land.
Ghana shall shine as a People of God and Peace, blessed with His dwelling place, Tabernacle, Throne and Kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is marked by peace, righteousness, justice and the joy of God, not in food and drink, economic, material and physical abundance which are His creation and gift any way.
Ghana will shine as Beulah Land and Star of Africa with God the Creator as her God and Father.
THE MESSAGE
The Lord must have this background in mind when He decreed and declared:
- That, there is A New Ghana whose God and Father is Himself Jehovah God the Creator
- That, Christ Jesus His Son is the Reconciler and Redeemer and King of the land
- That, the days when politicians and political parties, soldiers and the military compete and view themselves as liberators, redeemers, revolutionaries and fathers of the nation are over.
- That, there is no redeemer and king of the land except Him Jehovah God, the Creator
- That, henceforth the church and people of Ghana should observe February 28th every year as THE NEW GHANA DAY for the celebration of God’s election, redemption and glory in the country. That will cement, exemplify and enhance the Lord’s works, blessing and hand upon the country.
Blessed people of blessed Ghana, we will be happy if you will assist us to get the message across to the church, chiefs, elders and people of Ghana.
Our task on this occasion has been to beat the “gong gong” to call the nation to the message from the Most High God to church and nation.
