PRESS STATEMENT 

TITLE: DIVINE DECREE CALLING FOR CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE 

THEME: DIVINE MESSAGE TO POLITICIANS, THE PUBLIC SERVICES AND THE NATION 

Blessed be the Most High God who has opened Eternal Door of Divine Grace and Glory to the Church, Nation and People of Ghana. He has chosen Ghana for His inheritance and destined glory of Nation and People of His Kingdom Glory Order in Africa and the World. 

It is in honour of His Covenant, Promises, Determined Counsel and Works to make Ghana a Holy Nation and People unto Himself that He has caused His Love, Name, Blessings and Glory to reign upon the nation Ghana, Holy Nation and People will be characterised by and known for the worship and service of  Jehovah God, His works of glory and beauty, the joy and glory of His covenant and Kingdom reign and rule on earth– in Africa, the nations and the world. 

For this reason, did He choose to order, redeem, marry and establish and give a new name, BEULAH and THE NEW JERUSALEM to Ghana. Beulah signifies nation and people married by God. The New Jerusalem signifies nation, government and people not built by hand but by Jehovah God. 

That is to say God has redeemed, ordered, built and established Ghana as a holy nation and people for His glory on earth. Ghana the Holy Nation is THE CITY OF GOD.  AMEN 

The Ghana Evangelical Society is highly blessed to have the privilege to hear and relate the Divine will, works, plans and path of glory for Ghana, the Holy Nation of Divine Heritage and Eternal Glory. 

Beloved of the media, and blessed citizens of honour and glory of Ghana, we are highly favoured to relate Divine message of peace, joy and hope unto Ghana, Nation and People, and the world on behalf of the Most High God and the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES), a non-denominational evangelistic missionary movement elected and commissioned by God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ for this End-Time Mission. 

Today, we bring Divine message to Politicians and the Public Services promised last week. Once again, thanks be to God for the Media in Ghana for the cooperation, understanding and ordered dissemination and broadcast of the Divine Message we bring to Church, Government, Nation and People. 

Today’s message addressed to Politicians and the Public Services is a follow up of the Divine Decree calling for Confession and Repentance of the Nation from the Love and Worship of Money which has spread wide in the country and is causing the stagnation of progress of the country. We humbly request the media of the country particularly the National and State Media, such as the Ghana News Agency (GNA), The Daily Graphic, The Ghanaian Times and Ghana Broadcasting and Television (GTV) to do their utmost to treat the Divine Message of Peace, Joy and Hope we bring with importance and utmost diligence and disseminate the message to all around the country in honour of God, nation and people, present and future generations. 

We are confident in this direction that the private domestic and international media present in the country will do due diligence and with equal wonderful reception for the glory of God and Man, and the good of peoples and nations. 

DIVINE MESSAGE TO POLITICIANS, PUBLIC SERVICES AND THE NATION 

In delivering the first Divine Decree from the Throne of God for the Government and Establishment of the New Ghana of Divine Heritage of Glory in God Kingdom Glory order in the nation, the LORD declared that Politicians and the Church (Clergy and Laity) are the most offenders and responsible for the spread of the national spiritual and cultural malady – the Love and Worship of Money in the land. 

In this regard, says the Lord, the greatest challenge the nation has suffered for years is the POLITICISATION, CORRUPTION, DIVERSION and therefore the POLLUTION and WEAKENING of national, state and government institutions and the public services. 

First, Politicians in Ghana beginning with Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah have corrupted, defiled, polluted and weakened the true national nature, neutrality, integrity effectiveness and delivery of Government, that is the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary wings of the Government.   Indeed, the Constitution and Laws of the land have equally suffered violence and violations in the process. 

With that go therefore the national character, function, performance and delivery of national and state institutions and the public services.  The civil service, state corporations, including the state-owned media houses, the military, police and security services and commissions such as the Electoral Commission, all have been subjected as it were to swings in politics and government by politicians.  

Unfortunately, the administration and management and development organs of the Public Services – the Civil and Public Service, the District Assemblies, state-owned corporations and enterprises, banks and financial institutions and economic development organs dealing with national resources have all been politicised, defiled, misdirected and polluted by politicians, the corrupt, evil minded and wicked citizens and their unscrupulous foreign national friends. 

Similarly, the Electoral Commission and allied national commissions and institutions have all been converted and turned into wings and agencies of politicians and political parties in power. 

Thus, Ministers of State, government appointees and party functionaries can and do interrupt, disrupt, misdirect, abuse and disabuse the functioning and operations of public institutions and the management of national resources in their short-term, personal, group and party interests.  

Similarly, business houses including foreign enterprises not only openly offer goodwill and financial support to politicians and their political parties in their bid for power and money, popularity, fame and vain glory. 

All these began with the politicisation, corruption, pollution and diversion of the spirit, moral base and provision of the Constitution and laws of the country in the pursuit and creation of ONE-PARTY STATE and LIFE PRESIDENT of the Nkrumah-CPP Ghana era. 

The seed of authoritarianism and dictatorship, politicisation, corruption, pollution and abuse, illegality and immorality, dysfunctionality and inefficiency, lawlessness and disorder and above all, the rejection of God and the knowledge of Him sown in the Nkrumah-CPP era has germinated, been nurtured and grown throughout all the civilian and military regimes.  The seed has grown into trees and spread in all directions and all aspects of national life, tradition and religion included.  Modern education, materialism and secularism have complicated the issues.  Corruption, unrighteousness and faithlessness have exploded and corrupted the whole country.  This is the root cause of the national spiritual and cultural malady – the Love and Worship of Money that has stunted progress of the country through the mad race for power, position, property and possession. 

Now confusion, division and disunity, illegality, incoherence and lack of righteousness, faithfulness and loyalty at the political party level rampant in the country cannot but undermine and disrupt national sentiments, loyalty and strong identification of citizens with the nation. This by definition undermines national unity and effective participation by all in national processes. Indeed, the resultant polarisation of and disaffection against the nation has reached great height in recent years. 

The polarisation and disaffection tendencies and others have compounded poor delivery and the management of national affairs. Not only that, but they have also caused the disaffection and distancing from the nation of the best treasure and endowment of the land, namely the wise, the talented and the gifted. Because of this, there is a mass scattering and emigration of citizens into other nations.  The greatest hit in this respect are education and health, the sciences and management. Besides, the national treasure lost in foreign debt, in loans and the import of consultants, expertise and imports due to non-delivery, bad management and inefficiency because of politicization, polarisation, corruption, robbery and open malfeasance and disruption of national processes is very huge indeed. 

In short, the greatest challenge the nation faces to-day is the lack of righteous, honest, committed and loyal politicians in particular and citizens in general who love country, people and nation and are trustworthy. 

The chase for money, power and position, pleasure and fame AT WHATEVER COST, without conscience, commitment and loyalty to the development, growth and progress, the good and prosperity of nation and people is the greatest challenge and hindrance and obstacle to the good and glory of the nation. 

It is worthy of note in this direction that many a politician and public servant, businessperson and professional in Ghana are of the Christian Faith and the Moslem Faith.  It must be stated in this direction that traditional religion that breeds Satan worship idolatry, sorcery, blood sacrifices and is often in tandem with witchcraft are an abomination to God according to the Christian scripture. The scripture reveals in Isaiah chapter 19 that Satan worship, idolatry and dark forces are responsible for the divine condemnation and curse of African political instability, wars and woes, poor economic performance and social stagnation, weak statecraft and poor governance, poverty and backwardness.  

In this respect, the critical factor with African Traditional Religion and the modern secular state alike is the rejection of the true God, the worship and knowledge of Him, His Truth, Light, Laws and Ways and Glory in human affairs.  

Because of this, the characteristic Christian virtues of peace, righteousness, honesty and faithfulness, charity and generosity, selflessness and sacrifice in loving service of God, country and people is woefully missing in the land. Even prayer for the pursuit of peace, progress, prosperity and good of the nation is missing in many churches. Personal gain, money and power, prosperity and success have taken precedence in Church and State, Government and Nation. 

It is sad in this direction that the wealth, treasure, revenue and resources of the nation have now been thrown in!  Individual politicians, family members and business friends now make no secrecy of corruption, diversion, transfer and robbery of national resources, treasures and wealth, public property and revenue into personal, private and group ownership. 

Home, educational institutions, professional bodies, fraternities and institutions have all been hit, polluted and been indisposed by corruption, evil ways and wickedness.  This has faulted, disrupted and turned national development and growth, progress and prosperity awry, non-inspiring and stagnant. 

THE POLITICAL GATE AND NATIONAL AFFAIRS 

There is no debate that the seed of politicisation, corruption, decay and stagnation in the nation has affected the governance, progress and prosperity of the nation. The three wings of government, the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary, the Administration institutions and machinery of government have all been rendered weak and dry through politicisation by politicians.

The lust for Power, Position, Money and Fame are even disrupting the unity, solidarity and responsible order and effectiveness of political parties.  This is a very sad development. 

THE GOOD NEWS 

The Good News we bring to-day is that The Most High God has heard the cries of confession and repentance in the nation, following the declaration of the Divine Decree.  He has promised to heal the nation, rebuild and restore her unto her heaven ordained Divine Destiny and Heritage of Glory as declared by Him in the December 2014 Declaration. 

Ghana will enter into and entrench Peace, Progress, Prosperity and Glory in Divine Government and Kingdom Glory Order, Reign and Rule of the land. Soon Ghana will be a watered garden of Divine Heritage and Glory.   Amen! 

Thanks be to God for the humility and faithfulness of those who heeded the Divine Call for Confession and Repentance. May God bless them. 

CONCLUSION 

It is imperative that Ghana be delivered and healed from politicisation and polarisation, the love and worship of money, corruption, unrighteousness, lawlessness and disorder in the country. 

A New Politician, A New Ghanaian and A New Citizen are required for the New Ghana of Divine Heritage of Glory.  The Christian politician and the Moslem politician in particular, and the politician of any hue in the country must make a resolution to desist from and resist corruption, inordinate ambition for power, position and money.  The politicisation of the wings of Government in the name of party politics and political expediency must stop.  God’s righteous judgment will inevitably arise, so righteousness be exalted, peace, justice and liberty reign. 

APPEAL TO THE COUNCIL OF STATE and CIVIL SOCIETY BODIES  

May we seize this opportunity to appeal to the Council of State and Civil Society groups to stand firm against the tide of politicisation, power, position and money politics, and re-order their affairs for the proper order to facilitate good governance and management of the development, progress and prosperity and the good and glory of nation. This is a National Duty.
