PRESS STATEMENT 

TITLE: DIVINE DECREE CALLING FOR CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE 

THEME: DIVINE MESSAGE TO THE CHURCH AND NATION 

Peace be to you. 

We give thanks and praise to Jehovah God for yet another opportunity for divine call unto the church, nation and people following the call for observance of National Week of Confession of and Repentance from Corruption, Evil ways and Wickedness in the land. 

First, let me seize this opportunity to express thanks and appreciation for the wonderful reception, attention and reportage from the Media on the Press Conference on the Divine Decree on Confession and Repentance held   April 16, 2015. 

We are happy to announce that the Most High God has taken deep note of and is pleased with the FAITHFULS and LOYALS of CHURCH and NATION who heeded the Decree and responded in humility, trust and obedience to the Divine Decree and pleaded for themselves as well as for the nation and people for His Mercy, Healing and Restoration of Glory to the nation. 

The Lord God Jehovah would have us assure church, nation and people that He has heard the cries of confession, repentance and intercession for the country. That He will heal the land, bring His judgement of fire upon the disobedient, corrupt, evil and wicked in the land and also bring restoration to the country.  That Ghana shall rise and experience the fruit of Righteousness, Divine Judgement, Mercy, Goodness and working Hand for the progress and glory of the nation. 

In this regard, the Lord God Most High would want the Church and Nation, Politicians, Business community and entire citizenry of all ranks, place, work and duty in the nation to eschew the Love and Worship of Money which is the national malady, bane and cause of stagnation and non-progress of the country. 

It is the love and worship of money, says the Lord which is the root cause and force behind the widespread of corruption, evil ways and wickedness in the pursuit of Power, Position and Pleasure, Property, Possessions and Fame everywhere and by many in the land. 

GHANA, BEULAH, A HOLY NATION –  

THE THRONE OF GOD IN GHANA 

The Most High God has declared that He will make Ghana a HOLY LAND to which nations shall come to witness the Beauty and Glory of Holy Ghana and worship Him here.  The truth in this regard is that the Most High God has established His Throne in Ghana.  He will make Ghana a Holy Nation.  “The wicked shall no more dwell and be found in Ghana”, says the Lord. Amen. 

It is for this reason that the Most High God has decided to deliver special messages to the Church in Ghana, Clergy and Laity, Leaders and Members on one part and Politicians, the Business Fraternity and rest of citizenry on the other on the Divine Holy Cause, Righteousness and Glory in the nation. 

We deliver the first follow-up message addressed to the Church at to-day’s Press Conference.  We will follow with the second one next week, by God’s grace. 

MESSAGE TO THE CHURCH 

Thus says the LORD, “Let the song of glory be heard in the sanctuary.  For truly the LORD is seated on HIS THRONE of GLORY.  The King of Glory comes unto His own with His sceptre of Righteousness to declare and make known His ways unto His nation.  Yes, the sceptre of righteousness is raised in My chosen nation.  My righteous judgement shall go through the length and breadth of My chosen nation”. 

THE TRAGEDY OF THE GOLDEN CALF – EXODUS 32:1-8 

The Lord God Almighty would remind the Church Leaders, Ministers and Flock that they have altogether corrupted the truth and have turned unto the love and worship of money as did the people of Israel with the worship of the Golden Calf on the way to the Promised land. 

Not only that, says the LORD, there is corruption of the truth and the righteousness of God in the lust, quest and pressure for power, position, gain and fame, property and possessions in the church body in Ghana. 

In one section of the church in the country, the lust, quest and vying for power and position, gain and pleasure has led to the neglect and near rejection of Christ as Head of the Church and the Ministry of the Holy Spirit as well as the sanctity, power, counsel and order in the Holy Scriptures in affairs of the Church. 

The church has been turned into a human institution and run with human ideas and ways, politics and money contest and the unrighteous, evil ways and wickedness of men. 

There is a second set of churches where the quest for power, position and money, gain and fame has led to unrighteous, unholy and evil ways for office, self-appointment, self-projection, self-gratification and self-glorification. 

Accordingly, says the Lord, the headship of Jesus Christ with callings, offices, appointments, placings and promotion and the sacred Ministry of the Holy Spirit in anointing and direction in worship, service and ministry in the church are set aside, ignored and replaced by human wisdom, knowledge and power, worldly order and glory dictated by spirits and men. 

Thus, there is risen a high level of corruption of the truth, true worship, service and the glorification of God, His Light, Way and Knowledge due to the love of and worship of money, self-motivation in the quest for power, position and pleasure in gain, fame, property and possessions. 

This confusion and substitution of human wisdom, knowledge, power schemes and earthly ways and glory with the truth, righteous, holy ways and heaven ordained and ordered Divine standards of conduct, life and glory in the church have led to the intensification and spread of the national spiritual and cultural malady in the love and worship of money with its attendant suffocating corruption, evil ways and wickedness in 

the land. 

JUDGEMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSE of GOD 

Finally, the LORD GOD is reminding the Church that He is determined to purge and make the church and nation a holy place and sanctuary for the worship and service of Him, for the building and establishing Ghana, Beulah a Holy Nation of His Throne of Glory in the world. 

Let the Church in Ghana be a Holy Temple and Place of the Throne of Glory of God.  His sceptre is a Sceptre of Righteousness. The Church in Ghana should remember in this regard that His judgement begins in the House of God.  

“Jerusalem was a holy nation.  All the world acknowledged that Jerusalem was holy.  I shall make this land a holy nation.  All the earth shall acknowledge that Beulah is a holy land for My Throne have I established in your land”, says the Lord God Most High. 

The peace and joy of the Lord be unto the media and people of Ghana.  Let the media join in the holy crusade against corruption, evil ways and wickedness, unrighteous, unjust and abominable ways for power, position and money that have perverted life, progress and the good of the land.
