PRESS STATEMENT 

TITLE: LET GHANA REJOICE 

THEME: GHANA IS FREE AND FREE FOREVER 

Peace be unto you. 

COMFORT, PEACE and HOPE UNTO GHANA. 

Beloved people of blessed nation, chosen of God, acclaimed as a land of peace in Africa, welcome to the Press Conference called to convey God’s message of Comfort, Peace and Hope to the nation and people, particularly people of the Christian church and all the people of peace, goodwill and hope in Ghana, a nation and people beloved of God. 

We praise the Most High God for honouring our invitation to the Press Conference. 

First, we have it of the Lord to convey His appreciation and blessing for the people of Ghana for the peaceful out-turn of Election 2008. It is the knowledge and obedience of God, the love of people and loyalty to the nation by the people of Ghana that brought the remarkable, beautiful and glorious end. The people of Ghana know their God. They love God and love their country. 

This was not the wish of the enemies of the country who otherwise would have created chaos, shed blood, defile and destroy the image of the country. It is the wish of the enemies of Ghana to destabilise the peace, forward march and progress of the country. 

They want Ghana to remain caught in the web of the darkness and death, violence, blood and war prevalent in African. They want to stop Ghana’s star role in Africa’s forward march in peace, freedom, liberty and progress. 

COMFORT YE MY PEOPLE 

It is here that the LORD would want us to proclaim His word of comfort, peace and hope to the Christians who prayed to raise the Hand of God to bring victory to the nation and retain the peace and forward march of the country. The Lord heard the cries of His people. He defended His name upon the country and won victory for His chosen nation and people. 

Let the people of God be assured that it is their prayer of intercession with fasting and vigilance in the spirit that has kept Ghana in one piece to-day. This calls for celebration. 

Let Ghana say, if it had not been the LORD who was on our side, Ghana would have been swallowed up in blood and flames. Our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth. 

O PEOPLE OF GHANA STAND STEADFAST BY FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD, HIS WORD, PROPHECY, VISION AND PROMISES. 

The third word from the Lord God Jehovah in this regard is that Christians and the God-loving, trusting and obedient people of Ghana should continue to trust Him Jehovah, hold fast to faith in Jesus Christ and stand steadfast by the word, prophecies, revelations, visions and promises of God concerning the nation, knowing that He who gave the word, revelations and promises neither sleeps nor slumbers, and that He is able to bring to pass His word and promises of peace and security, progress, prosperity and glory to the nation.  Ghana is destined to be a land flowing with milk and honey. 

GOD HAS SET HIS THRONE IN GHANA: THE KEY TO GHANA IS IN HIS HANDS 

Fourth, the Most High would have the government and people of Ghana know assuredly that He has set His throne in the country. This is because He has chosen and raised Ghana out of Africa for His dwelling, reign and rule, and His Kingdom Glory on earth. 

Ghana shall stand, flourish and remain unto eternity as Nation and People of God, Star of Africa.  

The key to the nation is in His hands. No spirit, no power, no man, no system(s) can overthrow the Throne of God in and His glory upon the country. 

GHANA IS FREE AND FREE FOREVER. AMEN! 

Let the people of Ghana know therefore that the Lord has not turned His back on the nation. It is Ghanaians who have chosen to exercise their free will to their pleasure and not necessarily according to the will and plans of God for the country. However, the Lord will hold the nation in His hands and nothing, no evil will come upon the land. No power can turn the clock back. 

Let the people of Ghana rejoice and praise the Most High. Amen! 

THE DAY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND: THE WHEEL OF SEPARATION IS AT WORK 

The fifth and final word from the Lord God Jehovah to the nation, Christians in particular, is that The Day of the Lord is at hand.  There is a separation taking place. The battle wages on to make Ghana shine and shine as chosen nation, Beulah land, a nation married by God and established in peace, beauty and glory as chosen nation and people. Generations and nations will bless God for Ghana. 

Let the people of God continue to pray and travail for the country. Though for a while there will be stress, tears and lamentation, the righteous judge and faithful God of Ghana will steer the affairs of the nation in the path of peace and righteousness for His name’s sake. 

LET GHANA REJOICE and REST in the Arms of the Most High God, comfort, peace and hope in Jesus Christ, the Son given, Alpha and Omega. 

May we seize this opportunity to congratulate and wish President Prof. Atta-Mills well, trusting that he and his government will not forsake God and Ghana. For, no one can rule chosen and beautiful Ghana with power from the shrines and the sea. 

We are confident that the virile media of Ghana, and the media friends of Ghana will assist in conveying the message of comfort, peace and hope from God Almighty to the church, people and friends of Ghana at home and abroad.  Be ye comforted yourselves in trust and hope in God as you ply your trade in the service of God and country, Africa and humanity.
