THE CHURCH AND PEOPLE OF GOD, SHOW THE WAY
THEME: SPIRITUAL VIGILANCE AND THE DEFEAT OF THE HERODIAN PLOT
“When peace like a river attended my way…when sorrow like billows run over …Lord, teach me the way so it be well with my soul.” Ghana is a nation acknowledged for peace and stability, yet sorrow, mourning and tears have overtaken millions in the land. Indeed, the soul of the nation is in anguish. O Lord, show the government, chiefs, elders, nation and people of Ghana the way we should go so it be well with the souls of the nation and people. We write this because the Spirit of the Lord has come upon us, leading us to call upon the Church and people of God in the land to seek the face of the LORD so, He will show the way of rest for the people and soul of the nation. Only God can save the nation due to the present chaos and threats facing the nation.
People of God, when Jesus Christ—Son of the Living God, Saviour, Reconciler, and Prince of Peace—was born, there was joy in heaven. Angels descended upon the earth with songs heralding the dawn of Peace and Goodwill on Earth. The shepherds in the wilderness rejoiced and went over to tell the nation of the glad tidings. Again, through observation, revelation, and direction of the Lord God, the wise of the East— full of religious and scientific knowledge and wisdom—sought for, went over, and worshipped the Newborn King. However, in spite of—and in the midst of—heaven and earth celebration and worship of the Prince of Peace, lamentations were heard in Rama. Herod, the usurper, responded with violence, blood, and venom. Ignorant of the Word of God, he sought for information from the scribes about the “King Born” and went out to kill with the view, no doubt to STOP THE RISE of the reign and rule of peace, goodwill, and the worship of God on Earth.
That is to say, when Ghana is entering an era of peace, growth, progress, and prosperity by the mercies of God, she is rather faced with a spiritual, political, and social crisis that may well jeopardize the God destined peace, progress, and glory of Ghana—as a divine chosen nation, people, and government of peace, righteousness, judgement, justice, and joy under God.
As the Lord Most High has revealed, evil works, evil men, and evil practices have been set up to prevent the cementing and flourishing of peace and progress and God Kingdom Order of Peace, Righteousness, Justice, and Joy in the Worship of God as destined by God for the nation. It is apparent in this respect that the evil one and enemy of God and Ghana, nations, and people of Africa and the human race as a whole, has gotten hold of some people within the nation to use to stop the rise of Ghana as a Chosen Nation, God Kingdom Glory State, and in modern political parlance a democratic state established in the knowledge, fear, and honor of Jehovah God, Creator of heaven and earth, Father of Jesus Christ.
The plot behind the whole drama is to stop the Rise and Glory of Ghana as God Kingdom Glory State and Star of Africa. As the Bible reveals, the power behind the plot to stop the regime of Christ Messianic Human Redemption and Restoration, Peace, and Goodwill, the Worship of God and the Kingdom of God and its glory on earth is Satan, represented by the dragon and the serpent (Revelation Chapter 12, of the Christian Bible).
The Redemption of Ghana and Africa from the Satan-Man Kingdom Order and her restoration, establishment, and rest in Godly Government and Kingdom of Peace, Righteousness, Judgement, Justice, and Joy under the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9: 6-7; 42: 1-12; Luke 2: 14; Romans 14: 17) is the prime objective in the rise of evil works, evil men, and evil practices that are seeking to take the initiative in the politics and governance, business, and progress, and indeed, the entire spiritual, politico-economic, and socio-cultural order of the country.
It must be emphasized in this connection that, the Satan-Man kingdom Order and control of the earth is a global phenomenon. Thus, there can be no doubt that there are foreign nations, foreign companies, foreign groups, fraternities, and personalities engaged and active in the grand design to sabotage, stop, and destroy the Ghana Forward March of Peace, Righteousness, Progress, and Prosperity in the knowledge, fear, and honor of God. It is this development that the Most High God is calling upon the Church and People of God to rise up and Show the Way of Truth, Peace, Unity, Righteousness, Justice, Freedom, as well as Liberty, Goodwill, Joy, and True Worship of God in the Building, Establishment, and Governance of nation as GODLY and quiet nation and people of God.
In this respect, it will not be out of place to remind the Church and Godly People of Ghana, that there were scribes that went to the assistance of and could well be privy to if not accomplices of Herod, the usurper to kill the newborn King. Similarly, there were scribes, lawyers, elders, and politicians that joined hands together to accuse and get Jesus Christ crucified. Even so, there could be church leaders and elders, executives, politicians, and professionals, business tycoons, foreign governments, companies, and individuals who would join hands in the grand design to stop the rise of the Government and God Kingdom Order of Peace, Righteousness, Goodwill, Justice, and the Worship of God in Democratic Ghana.
The church and people of God in Ghana—in all sectors of the economy, in all tribes, and political parties—must rise up therefore in unity and the knowledge, fear, and honor of God, in love and loyalty to the country to help resist the evil works, evil men, and evil practices in the politics, governance, economic, and social advance of the country.
People of God, we have a duty to perform. We have a mission to fulfill. We have a course to build and maintain for the Glory of God. “Let God arise and His enemies be scattered.” Let Ghana arise as one people to reject and stop the spiritual, political, and economic move and ethnic divisionism to place Ghana under perpetual rule and dominion of Satan, Evil Works, and Wicked Men.
FORWARD MARCH GHANA!
