THEME: DIVINE SONSHIP AS THE FOUNDATION FOR GLOBAL PEACE 

God, in His goodness and mercy, has called and brought us unto a Lively Hope, Peace, and Glory, and Eternal Life in Jesus Christ. Christ, in His turn, has opened unto us the Door of Salvation, Redemption, and Restoration and rise in glory in the Divine nature with its authority and power, peace, joy, and glory. Christ has granted us the power, glory, and inheritance in Sonship to the Father and the power, authority, and privileges as servants unto the Father, and the Triune God as a whole. 

Christ is the Door to the Father, offering Life, Liberty, and Glory in the Divine nature, along with the attendant standing and stature as Divine person with corresponding power, authority, and glory.  Faith in Christ is the key. Love, humility, obedience, and sacrifice constitute the Path of Glory for the individual and family, for tribes and cities, peoples, and nations. Life, liberty, and hope, peace, righteousness, and joy—as well as progress, and prosperity—not only become a reality but actually peace in the world via faith in Jesus Christ and trust in God. 

Peace: Jesus has come to reconcile the world with God so there be peace, and to show forth and sow the seed of love so there be goodwill among peoples. ‘Peace on earth and goodwill towards (among) men’ is not merely a sentiment; It is a vision and mission that God the Creator, in/through Christ, has set in motion and calling upon the human race to accept, work it out, and let peace, righteousness, and joy in Him the Creator prevail. 

The truth is that the world, the human race is engaged in conflict at two fronts: Conflicts with Satan and Conflict with one another. Conflict with Satan the devil is spiritual matter. Conflict among men is both spiritual and social. One part, it is spiritual because of the conflict with Satan the devil who uses strife, conflict, and war as a weapon against men. On the other hand, it is social because of man’s sinful, wicked disposition, and inhumanity among men. Indeed, man’s inhumanity to man is so prompted by Satan who preys on man’s sinful/wicked nature and powerlessness to cause havoc in society.    

Whilst spirits and powers can and do prey upon men to do havoc to the human race, men the wicked sadist and demon possessed can cause harm to himself, family, society, peoples, and nations. Cain’s hatred and murder of Abel emanated from religion—the worship of God. That is to say, religious conflict can be both spiritual and socio-cultural. Cain’s offering was not rejected as such. It only fell below standard and Divine expectations. It is important that the lack of spiritual insight—such as with the Three Wise Men—can cause much pain, suffering, conflict, and war.
