THEME: DIVINE JUDGMENT DICTATES GHANA’S POLITICAL HISTORY AND FUTURE 

(A SEQUEL TO OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS) 

Ghana at Independence was a Christian Country run under the British Empire Christian Colonial Order. The Christian Faith Belief System and Ethos were the underpinning Spirit, Philosophy and Value system behind political, judicial and social order in governance and formal public and private conduct.  

This spiritual, philosophical and social order jettisoned and replaced by Atheistic-Humanist Socialist order in the First Republic. The Nkrumaist Socialist system became accommodating of African Traditionalist Spiritual concepts with its idolatry of Satan-Man-Elements-Creation worship and corresponding blood sacrifices, witchcraft, charms, sorcery in the bargain. Spiritually speaking, Nkrumah Ghana became synonymous with a mix of Atheistic Socialism, Africanist Idolatry and Satan-Manpower control of nations and peoples. 

In that arrangement, Nkrumah Ghana was on a path of 20th Century Egypt when Man-God ordered society and human affairs with Satan in open Defiance of God the Creator. The Pharaohs were Man-Gods of their time. They consulted the gods and ruled by their counsel. They were rejected and struck down by God.  EGYPT fell with them. 

The Osagyefo, the Man-God Nkrumah was rejected by God the Creator.  He was overthrown and fell. The atheistic-humanist-socialist cum traditional-African-idolatrous Nkrumah-Ghana fell with him.  It will never rise again.  The spiritual underpinning of Divine Wrath and Judgement against a fresh rise of Egypt in Ghana chosen of God to lead in African Emancipation and Restoration of Glory is unseen, unknown, unappreciated, indeed rejected by many in Africa and the world. 

Nkrumah was a great son of Africa. Yes.  But his model for Emancipated Africa was and still is unacceptable to God the Creator.  Ghana/Africa cannot and must not return to Egypt.   Fallen Egypt/Africa cannot resurrect.  It must be born and reconstructed afresh with a clear knowledge and worship of God.  Ghana must lead in this.  

This spiritual underpinning to the Election, Choice and Blessing upon Ghana to lead in the Redemption and Restoration of Africa is yet to be seen, understood and properly accepted by the people of Ghana, particularly the church, chiefs, politicians and academicians of the country and the continent. The military coups of 1966, 1972 and 1979 must be seen in this light. They were the mechanism of for Ghana/Africa via CHRIST, Reconciler, Saviour and Redeemer. divine wrath and direct intervention to stop any and all moves to drift the nation off the divine path of redemption and restoration 

In this respect, the Busia-PP regime erred in three main ways.  First, they paid lip service to Christ and the Christian Faith in the Reconstruction of Ghana.  Second, they seemed not adequately and properly nationalist in their plans to build Ghana as a viable nation. They seemed to have hooked on more to foreign ideas, foreign concepts and foreign alliances that would expose Ghana/Africa more to neo-imperialism.  Third, they had no accredited plan for Africa and Ghana’s role in Africa’s redemption and restoration. That provided the background to the Acheampong nationalist intervention and success with self-reliance ventures.  The Akuffo palace coup was a great set-back, hence the fury of God with AFRC denunciation of military adventurism and historic execution of all coup makers. 

On the other hand, the Limann-NAL administration defaulted in three major ways.  First, although it was not following strictly the Nkrumah Man-God Egypt agenda, it was also not ready to revisit the Christian Faith foundation of the nation and allow a fresh start at reconstruction in the Knowledge and Fear of God.  As the LORD revealed to the writer, Limann was a Hinduist.  That was his private faith.  But not only that, his government was coming under two competing forces, the Imoru Egala camp, which sought to draw the nation under Islam and the old-time CPP Tradition group, which wanted to involve Nkrumah ghost and resurrect old-time corruption and financial deals of the Nkrumah era.  

The Limann non-commitment to the Christian Faith, the threat of the Imoru Egala Islamic agenda and challenges of the Nkrumah ghost and the old CPP order which prevented President Limann from continuing the AFRC House Cleaning exercise revoked the stalled Divine Wrath against the wicked ways of men. 

This prompted the return of Rawlings to complete the house cleaning exercise begun by the AFRC.  Unfortunately, Rawlings deserted the Divine Path for the country.  He also rejected Christ, The Christian Faith and the Spiritual Highway of Peace, Righteousness, Justice and Joy in the Worship and Knowledge of God to building the New Ghana and New Africa. Instead, Rawlings instituted what he described as 31st December Revolution, out of the June 4 AFRC Coups Denunciation and House Cleaning agenda.  The Joint-Military-Civilian PNDC was charged with the task. 

The truth is that the 31st of December Revolution turned out to be a mixed bag of diverse religious, philosophical, ideological and practical ideas.  It seemed to have been enchanted with atheistic Marxism as well as the Ghaddafi Green book revolution with the Islamic faith as well as traditional religion, with Capitalism as well as socialism.  It operated with military regimentation and power politics in civilian robes.  There is thus an open disenchantment with democracy.  It had instead admiration for Nkrumah’s Man-God Satan-Man Alliance operational techniques. One would not be surprised in this connection if Rawlings entertained the idea or had been persuaded by some spirits that he can be and he is God and King for Ghana. 

For the 31st December Revolution agenda, multi-party Democratic Elections are a drawback and contradiction in terms. With this in mind, we have been compelled by Love of God, Ghana and Africa and the Human Race as a whole to call All Presidential Aspirants of the country of all parties, and particularly of the NPP to take note of the spiritual, political, party and personal pitfalls and lessons of the past in their decisions to advance their credentials, capacities and loyalties to their parties, the nation and above all, the LORD God Jehovah, Father of Jesus Christ who has chosen Ghana to lead in the Reconciliation, Redemption and Restoration of Glory to Africa. Personal qualities, education, finance and support, domestic and foreign are important.  In the end however, God and Ghana, present and future Ghana will be the ultimate judge, not the Party Gurus, not the foreign contacts, not silver and gold, not personal competence and knowledge, dreaming power and management skills, but the knowledge of God, the love of God, Ghana and Africa, humility and openness to God the creator, and Jesus Christ the Redeemer. 

Finally, we must remind the entire nation that it was not Nkrumah alone who was rejected by God.  Busia too was rejected by God.  In fact, Busia was called home when it was apparent he was preparing to return to Ghana to take advantage of the Akuffo coup to take overpower again.  Mr. J. H. Mensah lost his place in reckonings for Presidential Office because of his association with Busia.   

Similarly, Imoru Egala passed away at the Kotoka International Airport when he was on a mission to Saudi Arabia no doubt in furtherance of his Islamic agenda for Christian Ghana.
