THEME: MINISTERS MUST REJECT HUMANISM AND RESTORE HOLY SPIRIT POWER 

Greetings in the Name of the Master who in obedience to the Father started the church movement, sealed the mission with His Blood, Name, Power  and Authority, gave His Spirit and Glory to and commissioned the church to go with The Good News of Salvation, Reconciliation, Redemption and Restoration bringing Man and Creation Back to God, and world order back into the fullness, holiness, beauty and glory of His Throne and Kingdom as it was at the beginning. 

The Church Mission of reconciliation, redemption, restoration and the re-ordering of human and world order in accordance and in harmony with what prevails in heaven places a great burden on the Church as a whole and particularly the chosen vessels of Christ namely, the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers. Ministers of the Five-fold Ministry are charged to lead the Divine campaign of a New World Order after Christ.  In the Messianic Order Christ Jesus is acknowledged and honored as God, King, LORD and Governor of the nations (Is. 9:2,6-7; 61:1-6; Psalm 22:28).  

This is the truth: Christ Jesus is the Reigning and Ruling Spirit-Power of the Messianic Kingdom Order or the Kingdom of God and His Christ on Earth (Rev. 11:15). Knowing the heavy burden, dynamics, spiritual strength and power, character and attitudinal disposition involved the Master arranged for the Holy Spirit to come to endue with power and strength, teach, reveal, lead, direct and control the mission work as a whole, particularly the Discipling, Equipping and Leading the Flock in the faith and in ministry, as well as in the Worship of God, the Only One True and Living God in a manner acceptable and holy unto God. It is these men and women with specific commissions guided by the Holy Spirit who are to lead the Church in bringing peoples, tribes, nations and humanity as a whole unto the Altar, Mercy Seat and Throne of God. 

As is well known, the Church Mission is a heavenly mission requiring not just Knowledge and insight in Truth, the Will, Law, Light, Way and Purposes of God but also a diligent spirit of obedience to Jesus Christ engendered by fervent prayer and deepening fellowship with Christ Jesus Himself. Not only that, the mission demands a life of consecration, of consistent and abiding submission to and knowledgeable walk and work with the Holy Spirit. 

Without Christ and without the Holy Spirit, the minister can do nothing. Without the Knowledge of The Truth of God and of the scriptures, the Minister can only walk and work in the darkness and death of the world, where Satan holds dominion, and evil and wickedness hold sway over men’s lives and the world. The Church and People of God led by such a world-minded  Minister or Ministry will no more than follow the world order, the system and mind-set of sin and death, darkness and disobedience, and the wrath of God (Math. 4:8-10; Eph. 2:1-3; 1st John 2:15-17; James 4:4). 

Without the revelation, interpretation, direction and unction of the Holy Spirit, such a minister can only operate and wallow in the wisdom, knowledge and spirit-power of man and thus the prince of the power of the air. But this is an abomination.  Woe to he who places his trust in man or he who tries to build the Church and Kingdom of God with human knowledge, understanding and power. 

Without Truth, without the Faith of God, man will but walk in his own way which is no more than darkness, sin and death. Without the Vision and Knowledge of God, not human knowledge as such, or knowledge for its sake, the Minister will fail in the Church mission and will lead the flock in blindness into the abyss and hell. Except a man is born again, he cannot see nor enter the Kingdom of heaven. Except a man has the Spirit of Christ, and walks and works by the power of and with the Holy Spirit, he can only operate in human knowledge, wisdom and power.  But as directed by the Holy Spirit, except revelation, understanding and wisdom and power come from God, the People of God will not only fail to know the mind of Christ and His Kingdom Glory they will put their trust in man and not God (1st Cor. 2). 

In view of the foreboding reality of darkness, sin and death, of failure in church mission and the leading of God’s people astray into hell, and further,  in view of the dark reality of the strong wind of the rejection of Christ and the knowledge of God and the righteousness demanded by the scriptures (Psalm 2) now blowing throughout the world, we are taking liberty of brotherly love, the love of Christ,  the love of the flock and Humanity in general in church mission to remind ourselves of the dangers in the human world order.  Besides, there is the pressing need to press on together against the strong tide of unbelief and faithlessness, of humanistic and worldly philosophies, of demonism and ‘mammonism’ (worship of silver and gold and power) and the agents of Satan now entering the church. 

The Church has also to stand up and raise the Standard and Flag of Christ’s conquest and victory over the world against the elevation of intellectualism and human Knowledge, Human Philosophies, Ideas and systems of the world in the Church. The unfortunate implication of this new development is the wrong impression being given that human redemption and restoration is possible with human power (Math. 24:5-14). 

That’s not only a fallacy but we consider it a wicked proposition when taught, propagated and projected from the pulpit in the name of Christ or as the Christian Faith. 

Human redemption is a spiritual proposition. It is neither physical nor mental. Man by knowledge, speculative imagination, intellectual and human spirit power cannot save himself and enter the Kingdom of heaven (Eph. 2:8-9; Zach. 4:8; John 3:3-5).  Human soul travel, human spirit discipline, fervency and control, human mind adventure, positive thinking, physical exercise and mind control methods do not and cannot lead unto salvation, redemption and entry into the divine nature and spirit system and/or the Kingdom of Heaven. 

To be sure, the first order in Salvation and Redemption is the Remission of Sins through Faith in Jesus Christ, the Cross nd the Holy Scriptures which is spirit, life and power.  The second order is Redemption through the purifying power of the blood and the Spirit of New Birth of Christ, the Lord.  The third order is Separation in the spirit and mind from the world order of rebellion and disobedience established by Satan and Man. This is referred to as the renewal of the mind and the spirit mind by turning over the mind and its controlling human spirit to the Knowledge of God, the working power of the Spirit of Christ within and the Holy Spirit upon, and the enlightenment in the Light of the Scriptures (Rom. 12:1-2; Eph. 4:23-24; 3:16-20; 2nd Cor. 4:2-7; Psalm 119:105; 19:78). By this process is the child of God Born Again, Circumcised, Set Apart, Sealed and Made holy unto God for His praise and glory (Eph. 1:3-15). 

For the sake of the general reader may we mention here that Christianity demands and involves Sanctification, Conversion in the spirit, heart and mind and turning away from the world order and life of the flesh, that is the human spirit power system.  Christianity also involves and implies a total new order of life in, after and for Christ and the Father in the Knowledge of God and Power of the Holy Spirit. 

We humbly plead with all ministers therefore, particularly Church Leaders, Apostles, Prophets and Pastors to take heed not only to the truth of the faith, the Lordship of Christ, and the critical need for Holy Spirit Power and Ministry for their own sakes and for the sake of the flock but also for the purity and integrity of the Christian Faith, the scriptures and the True Worship of God in His Holiness. The Church Leaders, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers also have a Divine charge and duty towards the flock of God, called and purchased by the Blood of the Lamb (John 24:15-17; 1st Pet. 5:1-6). 

There is need to come together as one people with one master for the sake of the Purity and Integrity of the Faith handed to us, for the true and effectual testimony about Jesus Christ and the Cross, and for the Church Building and Kingdom Building Mission on Earth. We must raise the divine standard of truth, righteousness and holiness against the invading forces of Satanism and Humanism, Falsehood and Lies, the Anti-Christ and the false Christs, false prophets and false teachers with their doctrines of devils and men in the church. 

Finally, we humbly beseech all Ministers and Gospel Workers to take note of the fact that people are perishing and dying, are being deceived, robbed and oppressed in the Church and that falsehood and the Anti-Christ seem to be taking a commanding position in the Church. The Church in Germany in particular and Europe in general once took the dangerous road of human reasoning, intellectualism and power.  The present state of the Church and the Faith and affairs of Post-Christ Post-Faith Europe is clear for us all to learn.  

Let the Church of Ghana not lead the People and Governments of Ghana astray.  We must Acknowledge and Honor God the Creator, Raise the Standard of Peace, Truth, Light and Righteousness in Christ and Build a Nation and People of God for His Praise and Glory alone. 

As ministers of Christ and the body of Christ and people of Ghana, we have a God to honor.  We have a Nation to Build for God’s Glory on Earth.  We have a people to take to the living waters and onward march to heaven.  Both the destiny of our nation and the glory of God on earth is in our hands.  LET US GO AT IT WITH FAITH and GLADSOME MIND.  

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, And the people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance” (Ps. 33:12)
