THEME: THE DIVINE RESTORATION OF GHANA AS BEULAH LAND 

Blessed be the Most High God for His love, mercy, goodness, and passionate concern over the affairs, destiny, and glory of Ghana—as chosen nation and people redeemed, married, and made holy unto Him, Jehovah God and established in His Kingdom Order for His reign and rule, of the country.  He has given the name Beulah— New Jerusalem to the country. Amen! 

God has chosen Ghana to lead Africa and the world in the spiritual, political, social redemption, and cultural transformation to make Ghana a Star and Shinning Nation in the Beauty and Glory of the Kingdom of God and His Christ in the end-times. This is at a time when Europe and America and other nations have rejected God, His Kingdom Order, and rule in the governance, management, and conduct in the life and affairs of nations, peoples, and the world. 

Meanwhile, Africa herself is steeped deep in idolatry, sorcery, witchcraft, blood, and wars under the oppressive and wicked governance, reign, and rule in the ‘Satan-man kingdom order’ on earth. 

It is this background of the rejection of God, the knowledge of Him, His Government, Kingdom Order and Rule in the advanced countries coupled with idolatry, darkness, and Satanism in Africa that the Most High chose Ghana for a New Thing of Reconciliation, Deliverance, and the Return to the Salvation, Redemption, Government, and Kingdom of God order under Christ in Africa and the world. The vision is a New Africa of God’s People with Israel (Isaiah19:25). Ghana accordingly received the singular honor and glory as ‘Leading Light’ and Star of the Divine Redemption for spiritual, political, social redemption, transformation, and reconstruction in Africa. Ghana led in the battle for colonial emancipation in Africa. Hallelujah! 

Unfortunately, instead of pushing through with the Divine movement for a New Thing in a New Africa—Reconciled, Delivered, Set Free, Redeemed, and Reconstructed Ghana/Africa established in the knowledge and Kingdom of God, President Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah not only joined the bandwagon of global rejection of God, the knowledge of Him, His Truth, Light, and Way, His Government, and Kingdom Order in the Gentile nations. He also tried to marry African idolatry and Satanism with Euro-America so-called structures of ‘philosophical-scientisficsm’ and Pan-Africanism. God rejected the Osagyefo atheistic philosophical-scientific idolatrous Pan-Africanist Ghana/Africa model for the continent of Africa and the Gentile nations as a whole. 

It is this that led to Divine intervention and fall of President Nkrumah and opened the door for military uprising and rule in the country. The subsequent chain of interchange of civilian and military rule led to the death of politicians, soldiers, and others. It constituted an important landmark and integral part of Divine concern, plan, and passion for the end of Satan-man oppressive and wicked governance and rule in Africa, overwhelmed by idolatry and Satanism, poverty and backwardness, darkness and death, pain, woes and satanic control. 

The Divine intervention in the overthrow of governments and the political and economic arena and governance in the land was a move to turn and turn or overturn and overturn things (Ezekiel 21: 27) till God finds a man—leaders who will not only acknowledge Him as God and King but will also accept the Christ (Messianic) Redemption, Government, and Kingdom Order and Davidic type rule of the country as envisaged and declared in Isaiah chap. 9 verses 6-7 and chap. 11. 

God has, nonetheless, not left Ghana static and without development and progress during the intervening years which ended on June 30, 2000. His redemption plan was finally declared and sealed as ‘Mission Accomplished,’ October 2005, during the Kufuor Administration. All the intervening governments had plans for and made contributions towards the good, progress, and glory of Ghana. Much progress has been chalked over the years through the successive governments and international arrangements and support. 

One of the significant developments in the Divine Hand in the reconciliation, redemption, and restoration of glory in peace, development, progress, and prosperity of the country is the ‘oil find’ during the Kufuor Administration. Thanks be to God, divine revelation, wisdom, and direction led to the naming of the Oil field as ‘Jubilee Field’ in honor of the Most High God—the Creator, Redeemer, and God of Ghana who also made things possible. Other places were named similarly in honor of God for His mercy upon the country.  In like manner, the former Flagstaff House which was the epitome of colonial-cum-military regimental governance and rule was reconstructed and renamed in honor of God the Liberator as ‘The Jubilee House.’ This was in national acknowledgement, celebration, and honor of God’s redemption and restoration hand upon the country. 

However, in a spiritual-cum-political move to damn the Divine intervention and stop Ghana’s move on the Divine Path and Plan for reconciled and redeemed Africa Prof. Atta Mills NDC government went forth with a so-called ‘Better Ghana Agenda’ for the nation. The Better Ghana agenda by implication rejected the progress with developments, reconstruction, and system of government set in place by the various governments during the Divine intervention period including particularly the development initiatives set in place during the Kufuor Administration. Prof. Atta Mills’ government defied God and went out to reinstall Kwame Nkrumah as redeemer and father of Ghana. Further in a bid to restore the image of Kwame Nkrumah and with it his atheistic-philosophical-scientific idolatrous-Pan-Africanist system of government and rule they rejected the Jubilee House, as seat of Government and renamed it Flagstaff House as it is in honor of the Osagyefo and not the Almighty God as originally intended. By that token, Prof. Atta Mills Administration was returning the country to the old order of colonial-cum-military regimental system of governance and rule which was resorted to and practiced by both Osagyefo and military rulers including particularly Former President J. J. Rawlings. 

It may be appreciated therefore, that although President Prof. Atta Mills trumpeted his Christian faith and practice, the spiritual base, orientation, and practice of his administration were in spirit and practice against the Divine Path and Order destined by God for the country. In short, Prof. Atta Mills Administration was in essence an Anti-God, Anti-Christ, and Anti-Ghana government. 

Hence, the Lord has gone forth to declare that the passing away of President Atta Mills was Divine intervention to ensure that the country’s march to glory in His Kingdom Order, Reign, and Rule is not undermined, diverted, and turned over to the old Satan-Man wicked order. Hence, His declaration that the ‘Better Ghana Agenda’ by His Jehovah’s fiat is lost and buried with the late President.  He will order and supervise things accordingly. 

Ghana cannot return to Nkrumah nor the atheistic-socialist philosophical-scientificism and idolatrous Pan-Africanism of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Nkrumah is not God, Redeemer, and Father of Ghana. God removed Him with what the Lord described to His church as ‘The Accursed Thing.’ Any attempt therefore to reinstate and restore the Nkrumah spiritual, philosophical, and political anti-God agenda and control of the political economy will never stand.  God is jealous over Ghana. 

It may be necessary to mention by way of reminder that if it is true that the Lord God Jehovah put President Atta Mills in office, so also, were the cases of the rulers of the country from the Nkrumah era to that of the Atta Mills Administration. The contribution to the development and progress of the country, however weighed, is part of the Divine mercy towards the country.  

The actions of governments are weighed, treated, and balanced in the Divine righteous judgement scale and treated as befitting. However, as the Lord God told His servant once, sometimes people are granted opportunity to rule over others to their own ruin, (Eccl. 8:9). When God weighs and finds the ruler wanting—such as in the case of King Belshazzar’s Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin case there can be division of kingdoms (Daniel 5: 23-28). 

THE RAWLINGS FACTOR 

It is perhaps with this in mind that the Lord God Jehovah reminded Former President J. J. Rawlings, that He is not the redeemer of Ghana. In any case, he paid no price for his part in the Divine intervention in the political order. That there is only one Redeemer—Jehovah God acting by and through His Son Jesus Christ, Saviour, Redeemer, and King of Glory. 

We pray that Former President Rawlings will pay heed to the counsel and direction of God, so he does not seek to force his revolutionary agenda and belief in Satan power and traditionalism and ferment any disquiet and disorder in the country. Such a move can and may well meet with Divine wrath and judgement.

Ghana must be allowed the freedom and opportunity unto Divine grace, peace, quiet, progress, prosperity, and godly order in the knowledge, fear, and honor of God the creator. The Lord’s direction is that Ghana be left in peace. That the political stability, security, governance, economic development, and social advancement and national progress as a whole should in no way be truncated, disturbed, and overrun by any redemption and revolution claims. That Former President Rawlings must LET GHANA GO TO DEVELOP IN PEACE.  

ON THE CHURCH 

We will interpret and comment on the Most High God’s counsel and direction to the Church in Ghana in a special piece. Suffice to say here now, that any minister of Christ who is genuinely connected to Jesus Christ, His Redemption, and Kingdom Mission agenda on earth, is praying for and is informed on the Divine will, intervention, redemption, and restoration path of glory to Ghana/Africa, will be weary of politicians and leaders who attend church services and prayer meetings, pay monies, and call for prayer support to win election, gain power, and position.  Many people attend church for religious and social reasons. Many people are for gain and not to worship God and bear the Cross with Christ. They would not follow Christ outside the city gate of human gain and success, honor, fame, and glory. 

It would appear that generally speaking politicians in Ghana seek for votes and power for themselves but not to build and honor the Kingdom of God, His Righteousness, and Glory in national and human affairs.  As the Lord said, it is not everyone who says Lord, Lord that can and will enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
