THEME: DIVINE LAMENT AND THE REBUILDING OF A PLUNDERED NATION 

Blessed be the Most High God, who in His riches of goodness and mercy, life, and glory in Jesus Christ, has elected, chosen, reconciled, redeemed, and rebuilt Ghana as a chosen nation, and people, named her Beulah Land for His inheritance, habitation, and Kingdom Glory in Africa and the world. 

Be it known to the Church, Government, and the People of Ghana that Jehovah God the creator is excited about the New Thing He has set out to do with Ghana, chosen nation for Divine Inheritance and Destined Glory in the world. 

The Most High God is aware in this regard that much is going wrong in His chosen nation. That the unrighteous, liars, and wicked have joined hands to rob, kill, and destroy the advancement, progress, prosperity, stability, and beauty of the country. Due to this, there is great sorrow and mourning in the country. Worst of all, the nation, its people, resources, and wealth of the country have been turned into food and fun for vultures. Indeed, says the Lord, Ghana has become an open pit of filth and stench for vultures. 

Here is what the Lord says,  

“What is this pit that has been dug in the midst of My nation, and who have been put in this pit.  My people have you become food for vultures? My nation Ghana, My children have become food for vultures. Has My good nation not become the habitation of vultures?  Look, vultures have settled in the midst of My beautiful nation.  What is this stench coming out of My beautiful nation that has attracted so many vultures to gather in My nation and have so much to eat.” 

Ghana, the beloved nation of happy, religious, simple-minded, and hospital people, have been open to vultures, trooping in from all over to take advantage thereof, and rob, steal, kill, destroy, and run away with the booty of resources and wealth of the country. The vultures are being aided, propped, and supported by unscrupulous, unrighteous, evil, and wicked citizens and workers of iniquity. There are people without conscience and any sense of dignity, love, and loyalty to the nation and people.

In many sectors of the national economy—in government and the public services, in politics, chieftaincy, and local governing circles, in business and commerce, finance and banking—there are citizens, indigenes, as well as foreigners or strangers now domiciled in Ghana who are set on Robbing, Stealing, Destroying, Gathering, Amassing, and Running Away with the resources, wealth, and treasures of the country. Politicians of many colors, characters, and disposition team up with officials of the public services including the security agencies, and strangers, foreign corporate entities of qualified residence credentials, love and loyalty to the nations, people not fully committed to the country to rob, steal, and destroy the country and her development efforts, progress, and prosperity. These and many others are only set to milk fat and run away with the nation’s resources, wealth, and treasures, not excluding taxes, royalties and corporate social responsibility and obligations.   

Most take advantage of the poverty and backwardness, the poor knowledge of legal rights and restraints, corruption and low sense of moral and social obligations of our people. The most disheartening situation in this respect is that of pervading corruption, the lust of money and power, excessive and immoral drive for ill gain everywhere in the land. The most serious in this regard, it is sad to say is with the Church, where there has emerged so-called apostles and prophets, bishops and pastors, and motivational speakers that promote, drum and drive many into tentacles of gain, power and pleasure in the name of success, breakthroughs, and miracles. What a dark age! What a sad world. 

Consider the sad situation where driver’s license, national identity card, passport, national mineral wealth—gold, oil, bauxite—and all are put on open, non-regulatory or non-discrimination sale with the connivance and blessings of politicians, government appointees, and public servants (MDAs), lawyers, accountants, and so-called consultants, et al.  These and all are those who have dug the pit of filth and stench through connivance, illegal, immoral, unrighteous, unjust, and wicked acts—corruption, robbery, and the feasting on national assets. There is open abuse of rightful ownership and honest payment of due wages. The lives, living conditions, and destinies of millions have been thrown into the bargain.   

Now, cabinet ministers, legislators, and judges—alongside civil and public servants, political party gurus, hangers on business folks and contractors and all—do rally together and race for stolen and ill-gotten monies! Consider drug barons and armed robbers on highways and high-rise offices raising prophets and bishops, launching and building churches and cathedrals, making and marketing law and justice!  It is no wonder the stench of national resources on loot in Ghana has attracted many vultures into the country. 

JEHOVAH, THE HOPE OF GHANA 

The Lord God Jehovah has declared in this direction. 

 “I will pull everything down and build it again. It shall not be long. I will dismantle and build it again and the four corners of the world will gather and wonder at the New Thing that I will do and say, what kind of nation is this? A nation that is never destroyed—a nation that cannot be destroyed by the troubles, afflictions, and challenges she suffers but rather become better established and become steadfast in her faith in Jehovah, the Lord God of Hosts.” 

Thus says the Lord,  

“Ghana is a nation that is not understood. No matter the difficulties and suffering the nation goes through, it is never completely destroyed, but rather the whole nation waits upon Me.  In the fullness of time, I will arise and pull down and set it up again. A time is coming when the people of Ghana will sing a new song in praise of My holy name” says the Lord.   

O people of Ghana, let us continue to believe in, love, and put our trust and hope in the Most High God. Soon, God will establish the Throne of David in the land. Peace, Righteousness, Justice, Unity, Prosperity, and Divine Glory will arise, prosper, and flourish.  

Ghana, believe in Jehovah God.
