THEME: SPIRITUAL SOVEREIGNTY VS. POLITICAL REGRESSION 

Blessed be Ghana—the chosen, redeemed nation, and people, Beulah Land, a nation and people married and made HOLY UNTO GOD and established as a STAR NATION of God’s Kingdom Glory Order in Africa and the world.  Ghana has been established in God’s heavenly salvation, redemption, peace, righteousness, and joy in God Kingdom Order through Christ’s reconciliation, redemption, and restoration mission in the nation. The Church in Ghana has done a wonderful job.  Hallelujah! 

The story is this: God the Father has chosen Ghana for the demonstration of the blessedness and hope in Christ (Messianic) redemption and kingdom mission on earth.  The restoration of political leadership, democratic governance, and a social order of peace, stability, and growing awareness of godliness in national affairs is the direct result of Christ’s redemption and take-over. He has reclaimed the reign and rule of the country from Satan and wicked men’s spiritual, political, and cultural arrangements. 

The satanic demon- controlled, wicked, and painful works in idolatry, sorcery, blood sacrifices, and witchcraft—tradition and culture dominated by gods, goddesses and deities, dwarfs and mermaid, et al—are on the way out. There is now a general outcry against the occultist-spiritist wicked practices of so-called prophets and fetish priests, their churches, prayer camps, fetish shrines, and groves.  Their wicked soul shattering and human degrading practices are being rejected everywhere. Soon, Africa shall be completely free from the wicked and destructive Satan-man alliance and kingdom order. 

We recall that although such wicked works were common in early years—up to some 30 years or so—they did not receive the open public disapproval and condemnation as is happening today. The Light of Christ—and with it, the risen Knowledge of God, His light, way, and true worship of God, the growing awareness, and influence of the truth and righteousness, love, life, light, liberty, joy, and hope in the Christian faith has replaced the old filthy, wicked, and bloody rule of Satan, the gods and men.  The days of oaths and blood sacrifices are flying away. 

 It is without controversy, there is growing awareness and an increasing scale of worship, service, and knowledge of the Living God and Life, Love, and Liberty that go with it in the nation.  Satan is defeated.  Hallelujah!   

Unfortunately, while the people are crying unto God for His deliverance and healing, mercies, and goodness visiting all kinds of centers of worship, while everywhere the people of Ghana are raising their voices and holy hands for Divine intervention, thanking Him for His mercies, goodness, and providence—the government of the day is busy attempting to re-introduce and re-connect the nation to Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah—his ghost and defunct ideas, burnt out works, and image as the Father of the nation. 

The Atta-Mills Government makes much a hypocritical noise about God’s Divine Hand upon the nation, yet has gone forth to raise the fallen Kwame Nkrumah spirit, political kingdom, and image. Meanwhile, individuals in academia, traditional beliefs, religion, chieftaincy, and cultural practices are doing their utmost to resist the Hand of God upon the nation, and its developmental and progressive moves.  Besides, the failure to arrest the social and cultural order of superstition, backwardness, poverty, pain, and suffering has given rise to false prophets and Satan worshippers, demon-controlled politics, governance, and leadership.  The knowledge of the Living God, His acknowledgement, respect and honor is thereby facing much challenge. 

Today, a 21st– century reconciled and redeemed Ghana is running amok, attempting to return to the old spiritual and political wilderness with its idolatry, atheistic, and humanist philosophies, dark religion, and culture, yea, the spiritual and social order of darkness, uncertainties, and desolation.  But God will not let Ghana go! 

There remains a strong remnant of God-loving, God-worshipping, and God-honoring citizens wailing and standing in the gap sustaining the Divine Hand on the nation.  It is with this in mind, that we are taking liberty of the Christmas and New Year Season to appeal to Church and Government, Chiefs, Religious, Cultural, and Civic bodies, indeed the entire nation and people to arise, acknowledge and honor God— the Creator, so He will have mercy upon the nation and people and turn away the dark forces of Satan and wicked men who are doing their utmost to reverse the spiritual, political, economic, and social advancement of the country. 

It is time for the church, government, chiefs, and people to cry out to God against the oppressors. (Psalm 68: 1-5, 31-35; Isaiah 19: 20-22). May Christmas 2011 be a blessed time of deep repentance, reflection, and open acknowledgement, praise, thanksgiving, worship, and honor of God and the Newborn King, Christ Jesus, the King of Glory. 

May we seize this opportunity to appeal to President Atta-Mills, the cabinet, parliamentarians, and government appointees in all sectors of the economy to stop corruption, raping, and stealing, that destabilize development, social advancement, and progress, destroying life conditions of the poor and needy and destiny of the nation— all in the name of party politics and governance.  

We shall visit this national malady again. Blessed be the name of the Lord now and forever!
