THEME: THE SPIRITUAL SOVEREIGNTY OF THE “GHANA STAR”

The proclamation of the Gospel of Christ has faced resistance over the years, in the church, the religious world, in the academia, in the political, governmental, and cultural circles. Everywhere that men seek power to dominate their fellowmen, to control their spirits, minds, and lives, their labor, resources, treasures, and destinies—wherever spirits and demons congregate to establish dominion over peoples, societies, and nations, they resist God and His Christ.  

Though they operate within the laws of nature, because they need that to harness the powers and virtues of nature, and posture as gods between and among fellow creation, they reject the claim of God as Creator, Sovereign, Supreme Power, and Commander of laws, powers, and virtues of creation. 

Thus, there abound from the days of Adam to-date the Anti-God and Anti-Christ Forces, systems, and culture. These forces permeated many lands and even spiritual, historical, political, and geographical Israel has not been exempted from the Anti-God anti-Christ forces. 

Because of this constant resistance to divine order, the world has failed to know lasting, permanent, or flourishing peace and joy. It is for this cause Christ came—that the world be reconciled with God the Creator, so there be peace and goodwill on earth, so man and creation shall experience redemption and restoration, so man shall enter into salvation, healing, and deliverance, eternal life, eternal peace, and eternal joy.  Peoples, nations, and creation and the world as a whole shall enter, abide, and be established well in the Kingdom of God—so the Will of God be done on earth as it is in heaven. These are the strong pillars of Christ Salvation, Redemption, and Kingdom mission on earth. 

This is what the Gospel of Christ, the Christian Faith, and the Church Mission in the world stand for. That the peoples and nations of the world shall enter into and abide under the loving kindness, mercy, and goodness of the Lord God Most High, abide under the shadow of His wings for peace, safety, and security and enjoy the boundless peace, life, goodness, prosperity, and joy under the right and mercy hand and Kingdom of God. 

The Kingdom of God on earth shall be marked in this context by a spiritual, political, and socio-cultural state of peace, righteousness, justice, and joy, and economic, physical, and social environment of blessedness, progress, prosperity, and good. 

The Bible assures this state of blessedness in Psalm 33:12 “Blessed is the nation whose God is   the Lord; and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance.” This state of Divine election, choice, and blessedness is where God the Creator through the Mission of Christ and His Church in Ghana has worked out, wrought, and achieved in and for Ghana. 

Ghana stands out clearly and is shining as Star in the spiritual and political horizon in the skies and the world, as chosen and blessed nation and people established for God -Kingdom Glory in Africa and the world. Ghana’s favorable position is a big Testimony of Christ, and the Gospel of Christ and Church mission in the nations. 

Dear reader, this great and outstanding achievement is what men and spirits, elements in academia, politics, religion, tradition, and culture have stood against and would want to divert for the honor of the Anti-God and Anti-Christ forces, such as Kwame Nkrumah alongside Satanic, atheistic, humanist philosophies, and ideologies as well as traditional demonic and fetish power and idolatrous system. Our rulers of chiefs and politicians, fetish priests and cultural stalwarts, philosophers and scientists, false prophets and false teachers, all would want Ghana to turn back to the days of idolatry, blood, witchcraft, exploitation, oppression, and the abuse of rights, liberties, human dignity, and the sacredness of life.  They care not about the human soul.  Thus, the rise and explosion of the Gospel of Christ, the Christian Faith and the Church in the country. 

While strong elements in chieftaincy, fetish power, and dark culture would want Blood Sacrifices, Demonic Worship, Incantations, Oaths,  Curses, Witchcraft, and Sorcery to continue to dominate the spiritual and political, religious and cultural realms of social life and national affairs in general, the Anti-God, Anti-Christ forces in academia and religion, politics and governance, economic and social enterprise would want to take control of Political Party, Government, and State Power, Life and Destiny of the nation through the machination of political and economic power, political party politics, business and religion in the name of national interest and democracy. They can enlist the military in such diabolical games. 

Dear reader, in the strict sense of Divine Truth, People Power, National Interest, Godly Order, Peace, Progress and Prosperity, Heavenly Blessedness for life, good and destiny of the nation, all the Anti-God, Anti-Christ forces in academia, politics, and governance, business, social enterprise, and culture are Anti-Ghana.  Their works cannot but frustrate, denounce and set Ghana against God the Creator and jeopardize the heavenly determined blessedness and destiny of glory for Ghana. 

It is for this reason we have declared and do declare I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST.  Our life has been devoted to Christ, the Faith, Church, and Country for over 40years, to be precise from 1963 to-date.  We have been consumed with a heavenly vision, passion, and burden for Ghana, the Kingdom of God in Ghana, Africa, and the world, the spread and defense of the Gospel of Christ and the Christian Faith, the rebuilding of the broken walls of Ghana, the marriage and establishment of Ghana as Beulah Land, God Kingdom Glory State, Star of Africa. (John 3: 16; Acts 1: 8; Is. 9: 6-7; 61: 1-6; 62) 

The mission has been accomplished.  Ghana is Reconciled, Redeemed, and set free from Satan, tradition, idolatry, witchcraft, sorcery, and charms, the Nkrumah political kingdom order and the state of war, blood sacrifices, violence, and demonism which constitute the Africa spiritual and social reality. We have staked our lives, reputation, and honor in the service of God, church, country and man.  As the LORD God Jehovah Himself, put it our life endeavors have been in the pursuit of the cause of the good of the LORD, and the good of the land.  Ghana is Free: Africa is Free is our vision and mission.  Jesus is soon coming is our commission message. 

We have a cause to rejoice when we declare, “I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST.” It is a testimony of our life and not just a scripture we quote, proclaim, and defend.  Besides, it is a joy to be involved with the pursuit and defense of the good of God and the good of Ghana and to serve as watchman and warrior for God and Christ.   

We exhort the Church in Ghana to be imbued with love, passion, and burden for God and Christ, the Kingdom of God and Ghana, the Faith and well-being of people and nation and be not persuaded to depart from Christ, the Truth and Power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to human wisdom, knowledge, and power, economic interests, money, and power as the church in Europe did and the church in America is now doing.
