THEME: BEHOLD THE DAY OF GLORY IS AT HAND (GHANA IN END-TIMES GLORY) 

PREAMBLE 

Holy Greetings in the name of the Most High God to you all, great children of God and Ghana.  May God bless you all for acceptance, showing up, and participation in this maiden Christian Youth Summit, 2014. Our gathering this blessed Saturday, April 5, 2014, in Centuries House, Haatso-Accra, is a gathering of celebration of God and Divine Path of Glory for our beloved blessed country, Ghana.  

Our hearts abound with sweet memories of Divine Works and Victory Flag hoisted by Jesus Christ over Ghana—a nation and people elected, chosen, and redeemed specially by God to stand and serve as standard-bearer and star chosen nation and people of God in Africa. 

We remember here the Divine Redemption Song the Lord Jesus Christ caused the Holy Spirit to teach and make us sing in Celebration of Victory and Hope for the nation: “Therefore, the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head:  they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away” (Isaiah 51:11) 

In the redemption song is a vision of A New Ghana and A New Africa under God. That makes the maiden Christian Youth Summit of today unique and special.  We are here to celebrate Divine vision of a New Africa and new nations of God Kingdom Glory in Gentile nations and the world.  Soon Jesus comes and the old world, the Satan-man world order will be no more.  Hallelujah!! The Most High God will usher in the New Jerusalem—New Nations, New Peoples, New Governments, and a New World order. It opens the door of hope for the “New Thing” (Revelation 21:1-5). A New Heaven and a New Earth are indeed in the offing. Hallelujah. 

Our spirits, hearts, and minds are bubbling with sweet melodies, gladness, and joy in love, trust, and hope in God—the Triune God—for the Church, the nation and the people of Ghana. Ghana is destined in fact, to be the beacon and hub of new spiritual and social movements of Divine Glory in the nations and peoples on earth.  How blessed are we to be present at the maiden Christian Youth Summit. 

We are gathered to establish a Platform for heaven-ordered pillars, framework, systems, and structures—and a superstructure to be built on the Divine Foundation of Heritage and Destined Glory laid by Jesus Christ with the Church and People of Ghana. To be sure, Ghana’s response to Divine Redemption and Kingdom Glory Order for nation and people has been very unique, indeed an exciting story to tell. 

So declares the Psalmist in Psalm 48:1-3, 11-14: “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of His holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. God is known in her palaces for a refuge.”  

“Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of Thy judgments.   Walk about Zion and go round about her: tell the towers thereof.  Mark, ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following.   For this God is our God for ever and ever:  He will be our guide even unto death.”   (Psalm 48:1-3, 11-14) 

Psalm 145:10-13 : “All thy works shall praise Thee, O LORD; and Thy saints shall bless Thee. They shall speak of the glory of Thy kingdom and talk of Thy power; To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of His kingdom. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Thy dominion endureth throughout all generations” (Psalm 145:10-13) 

Beloved, we are blessed to have witnessed—and in fact been part of—the movement of the Spirit of God on the Christian youth of Ghana. This movement, that took place in the early 1970’s through the 80’s into the 90’s in the revelation, building, and establishment of the Christ (Messianic) Human Redemption, Government, and Everlasting God Kingdom Glory order in the country. 

This has been the spiritual vision, mission foundation, and works laid by Christ Jesus and the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES), in partnership with the Church Body, governments, and people of Ghana in the years 1975 through 2005, and to-date. We have dubbed this “The Ghana Redemption Story.” 

The Ghana Redemption Story was initiated and carried out by the Triune God through Jesus Christ and His Church and people of Ghana—represented primarily by the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES), which was commissioned specifically for the purpose. The Mission Accomplished laid the foundational rock, spiritual platform, and basis for the New Ghana and thus, A NEW AFRICA. 

PREMISE FOR THE CHRISTIAN YOUTH SUMMIT  

It is agreed, is it not, that the youth of Ghana are in the majority and therefore constitute the nature, structure, and hope for Ghana. The youth constitute both the bulk of people and hope of leadership and future, if not of present Ghana. That being the case, the nature, values, character, and performance of the entire youth of today and their leadership is very critical for the expected future and hope for the country.  

i. What is the nature, character, values, and ways of conduct and life in general of the youth of Ghana today? 

ii.  What is the vision, direction, plans, and works of today’s youth of Ghana? 

iii.  Where is or will the nation be drifted and directed to by the Youth of Ghana today, the more so that they constitute the majority of citizens of the country. 

It is here that the Christian Youth—their belief systems, values, character, conduct, and works— are essential and indeed very critical for the country, present, and future Ghana. Therefore, what a significant, historic, and glorious gathering, Christian Youth Summit, Accra April 5, 2014. 

This is the “Table and Feast” laid before us as Christian Youth of Ghana. We are here to prepare a Platform of the Path of Glory for the Youth of Ghana as well as the nation and people. This is the mission task and objective of Christian Youth Summit, 2014.  May God be with us and help us build a sound and coherent platform for the New Ghana. Amen! 

Welcome to the Christian Youth Summit, Accra, Saturday April 5, 2014, at Centuries House, Haatso-Accra. (Shall we pray) 

Beloved, we have a New Ghana on hand—a nation and people reconciled, delivered, redeemed, reconstructed, married, and established in a Divine Heritage and Destined Glory as BEULAH LAND for God’s inheritance and Kingdom Glory on earth, Africa in particular.  

The New Ghana as stated earlier is the outcome of heaven-ordained, ordered, and supervised works established under the banner of Christ (Messianic) Redemption and Kingdom Mission by Jesus Christ, Saviour, Redeemer, builder, Prince of Peace, and King of Glory Himself. 

This is therefore a historic and glorious gathering unto Jehovah God. History is unfolding on the floor of the Church, peoples, nations, and human history in general. Records in heaven are in the offing.  Hallelujah! May our names be written in the book of Remembrance in heaven. May we be found acceptable, holy, righteous, and faithful unto the second coming and thus, the appearance of Jesus Christ in our country Ghana, chosen nation of glory by Jehovah God. 

Now, the New Ghana is of Divine origin, glorious in perception, beautiful for situation. The Lord has given her a new name—BEULAH and THE NEW JERUSALEM—signifying a nation married and whose builder, government, reign, rule, and glory is the Most High God acting by His Son Jesus Christ.  It is to be characterized by a government of Davidic order and establishment (Isaiah 9:6-7; Luke 2:9-14). The New Ghana is characterized by: 

a.) A NEW CHURCH: The old church, now Revived, Rebuilt, and made Triumphant in Jesus Christ and the Apostolic Faith and foundation of the church 

b.) A NEW PEOPLE: A people forsaken and desolate now reconciled, delivered, and redeemed from the old idolatrous, dark, and desolate Ghana/Africa of Satan-Man kingdom order, taken over, translated, and established under God the Creator through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. 

c.) A NEW NATION: Of Divine Order and of Davidic Establishment, Government, and God Kingdom Glory. It is a Nation and People of Divine Heritage and Destined Glory.  It was ordained by God before the foundations of the world. This is the mystery now revealed and made known to our generation. 

Essentially, the New Ghana is a heave- conceived vision and mission that gave birth to the new nation as a New People. This vision and mission envision the Church as the Nation and the Nation, as the Church.  

The New Ghana is therefore Nation and People not merely founded and established by God.  It is a nation and people of divine celebration who hold high and dear, cherish and esteem with gladness and joy the worship of the only one true and living God, through Faith and honor of Jesus Christ, the Son, Saviour, and Redeemer, Prince of Peace and King of Glory. 

THE YOUTH OF TODAY AND GHANA  

Thanks be to God; we are the Christian Youth of the generation and age of the Rise of The New Ghana on Divine horizon and human history. This is a “New Thing” in Gentile Africa.  This gathering at Christian Youth Summit essentially is to initiate deliberation on the Church, Government, and God Kingdom Glory Order and Path of glory for the New Ghana. 

INTRODUCTION 

We can consider this maiden Christian Youth Summit simply as a gathering for the preparation of a holy platform for practical translation of the Divine Ordered and Established Heritage for the nation and people of Divine Destined Glory into SOCIAL REALITY i.e. in practical social terms as nation and people of God and His Kingdom Glory on earth. That is to say, the New Ghana—constituted of a New Church, a New People, and a New Nation— must find practical expression in the Constitution and Governance, Laws and Regulations, the Social and Cultural Order, and lives and character of the people of Ghana. 

In short, the Divine Government and Everlasting Kingdom of Jesus Christ in Ghana must be made manifest in practical and social terms and reality. In essence, the New Ghana of Divine Glory must establish the Church as the Nation and the Nation as the Church. This must reflect in the spiritual, politico-economic, and socio-cultural order as well as in the government and management, the relations and conduct of lives of the people and affairs of the country. 

BASIC FUNDAMENTALS 

To do this, there are some basic fundamentals that must be identified, enumerated, examined, and agreed upon to serve as basis and ways of systematic building, development, transformation, and establishment of the New God Kingdom Glory Order for enshrinement in the New Ghana. 

Essentially, the New Order must be found, expressed, set in place, and established in the Knowledge of God and the God Kingdom order of Peace, Righteousness, Judgement, Justice, and Joy in Divine Reign and Rule of the people and the affairs of the country.  

GOD KINGDOM GLORY ORDER IN GHANA 

Background to foundation laying and Emergence of the New Ghana 

The Ghana Redemption Mission entailed: 

i. Revival of Apostolic Faith, Worship, and Order in the Truth, Light and Way of God (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; 2:38-40; 4: 20-33; Isaiah 2: 1-5). This involves Evangelism, Revival, Discipling, and Raising men, establishing truth, knowledge, righteous and holy standard and conduct. 

ii. The Reconciliation, Redemption, and Reconstruction Mission (Isaiah 62:1-11; 61:1-6, Nehemiah) – The Reconciliation, Redemption, Marriage, and Establishment of Ghana as Beulah Land, and God Kingdom Glory State, Star of Africa is the final outcome – prophetic, warfare, watchman mission. “Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.” (Isaiah 62:10 KJV) 

iii. Mission Accomplished (Matthew 6: 9-13, 33): The Emergence, Establishment and Consolidation of New Ghana of New Church, New People and New Nation. 

iv. The Firm Establishment and Consolidation, Stability, and Security of the New Ghana (Isaiah 62: 1, 6-7). 

THE MISSION OF THE LORD’S END-TIME KINGDOM ARMY AND WATCHMAN OVER THE NATION  

The Watchman Mandate over the Nation (Isaiah 62:1, 6-7, 11-12) 

“For Zion’s sake will I not hold My peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth” (Isaiah 62:1). 

“I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night:  ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence.   And give Him no rest, till He establish, and till He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth” (Isaiah 62:6-7) (consider verse 8-9) 

Furthermore, the proclamation for the New People remains: “Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him.   And they shall call them, the holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, sought out, A city not forsaken” (Isaiah 62:11-12) 

THE ESSENTIAL AND NECESSARY INGREDIENT AND MODUS OPERANDI  

EVANGELISM, DISCIPLING, CHURCH PLANTING AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FAITH AND CHURCH ON NATIONAL SCALE (MATTHEW 28:18-20; ACTS 1:8) 

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth.   Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:18-20)  

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:  and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8) 

From reconciliation, deliverance, and redemption to establishment of the faith, the Church and New Government of Divine knowledge and order for the nation via the manifest confession and open acknowledgement and worship and honor of God as Builder, Defense, and Hope of People and Nation. 

THE NEW CHURCH 

The Revival of the Apostolic Foundation—via the emergence and combined ministry of the Evangelical-Pentecostal and Charismatic Church/ Ministries/Fellowships—have resulted in nation-wide acknowledgement of the True God with corresponding acknowledgement and honor of Jesus Christ as Saviour and hope of nation and people. Now the bulk of the church people including, true Christian community constitute the people of Ghana. 

POLITICAL REDEMPTION MACHINE  

The Divine Overturning (Ezekiel 21:27) 

“I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.” (Ezekiel 21:27).  God in search for David. David now found.  Hallelujah!  

Divine intervention from Dr. Osagyefo to Busia through Rawlings to Kufuor and the new multi-party democratic order of governance and political order. It is out of this; the nation is experiencing peace, stability, and security of the country. The Kufuor era administration and democratic governance sealed the total redemption of the country. What is left is Take-Over by the David and security of the country. 

CHALLENGES OF THE HOUR 

THE STATE OF THE CHURCH – 

Background: 

A. Revival, Strengthening and Quickening Defeated, Weak, and Marginalized Church of the Nkrumah and post-Nkrumah era. 

B. The Church of nominalism, syncretism, social-liberal theology, and church practice with little or no spiritual foundation and mooring in JESUS CHRIST, Son of the Living God, Saviour, Redeemer, Builder and Judge. 

C. The Post-Independence-Post-Nkrumah Rawlings Government era—Divine Order government in spite of efforts to break and stop the Divine order. 

THE GOD KINGDOM GLORY ORDER PLATFORM AND PILLARS  

A. The Spiritual Order – have no other God, making the Living God, God, King and Lord and Governor. 

B. The Social Order in the Truth, Light and Liberty built upon peace, righteousness and joy of God – peace, goodwill, godly, righteousness, law, light and way of God. 

C. The Governance and Government Order – truth and liberty, righteousness, light and way of God in obedience, love, trust and hope in God.  The life of sacrifice and good stewardship.

The challenges of the 3-Ds—Disconnection, Departure and Desertion.  The Fallen Away church syndrome.  

The gain and profit church—church as a business enterprise.
