THEME: THE SOVEREIGNTY OF JEHOVAH AND THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF POLITICAL TRUST 

Peace be to you. We salute politicians in the land in the name of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ—Son of the living God, Saviour, Redeemer, and Lord. We bring a divine message on Power, Peace, Progress, Stability, and Security of the nation. The prime message is that JESUS IS SOON COMING. This implies that God is ready to come and to judge everything and everybody. Following the Easter Message from establishment, institution, and observance of annual celebration of THE WAY OF PEACE 2011, the Most High God calling for the annual celebration and of the “Way of Peace” in all sectors and in all affairs of the nation beginning with Easter 2011, the LORD God Jehovah has directed that we send out this special message to politicians of the land. 

The message, simply put, is this: God, Ghana, the nation, and the people deserve, demand, and require politicians of Ghana to know, acknowledge, respect, and honor the truth that power is delegated and given in trust by God, People, and Nation for service, public good, and progress. No one holds political power in society for personal gain or group interest.  Neither would God, Nation, and People respect and honor the works and memory of those who abuse power, who betray confidence, and who trust, and hold power with impunity, in disdain, and vain glory.  Power is for service and the advancement of public good and the national interest, not for lordship and oppression, nor for the advancement of individual and personal gain, private, and group interest. 

Thus says the Most High God, the world is currently facing many challenges, turmoil, and pain.  The challenges have risen not by this initiative nor according to the will and works of men. They  are occurring in accordance with His Will and Works. This is so not merely because of His reign and rule in the affairs of men. He is asserting His supreme and sovereign authority and power over His creation which includes both man and beast, spirits and powers, natural physical and elemental forces. The truth is that the earth and its fullness is His.  Also, that all power belongs to Him. Therefore, He deserves the right to call all powers and power holders to account. Not only do spirits and powers, gods and goddesses, man and beast owe their origin, powers, works, and life to Him the Creator. He has power to determine, weigh, measure, direct, control operations, performance and works. He has right and power to weigh the exercise of virtues, endowment, powers, and all of His creation. 

In this connection, the current challenges, turmoil, and pain in the world are due to the fact that men—in defiance, disobedience, and rejection of Him Jehovah God and the knowledge of Him—have grown to exercise power, authority, and trust in abusive, exploitative, oppressive, and wicked ways, acting as though man is God, and that as God, there is no limit nor restraint to his power. They act as though they hold no responsibility or accountability to any higher authority other than themselves. In the world today, power, particularly political, economic, and military power, has become the most debilitating, oppressive, and destructive instruments in human history. In this regard, advances in science and technology have been encroached upon and are being diverted to serve the interests of the “gods of the world”—those who possess, wield, and control these powers in the world. 

Their alliances in world geo-politics and business, their plans, surveillance, and influence in human and world affairs constitute the greatest threat to peace, progress, progress, happiness, joy, security, and hope to life, liberty, and well-being of billions as well as the security and sacredness of life itself. That is to say, those to whom divine power, authority, peoples trust, and expectations have been entrusted have turned and are tending to make power a wicked and dastardly element in affairs of men and creation. It is for this reason that He God the Creator did arise in past generations, is deemed to arise and in fact has arisen in current times and generation. “Let God arise and His enemies be scattered” is the Divine injunction concerning the establishment of His Will, Commandments, Order, and Ultimate Sovereign Control in the affairs of men and creation. 

The LORD would have politicians and aspirants for power in Ghana to take note of this: the nation and people of Ghana are chosen, married, and made Holy to Him Jehovah. He is God and King of the land. 

In this connection, those who seek or aspire to obtain and hold power, assume, and exercise power must know that Ghana belongs to Him. He holds and will hold politicians accountable for their conduct, performance, and work. He Jehovah is the one who will weigh and measure performance and work and not the people and the designs of political parties. For this reason, He has stretched out His hands in full control of the nation and her affairs. Accordingly, all who seek political power and public office must henceforth first acknowledge Him as God, the God of Ghana, second must desist from seeking and consulting spirits and powers, and seeking and attempting to apply satanic and human manipulative ways and wicked and destructive works in the affairs of the nation.  

All must not only know and acknowledge that Jehovah the Creator, Father of Jesus Christ is the God of Ghana, but also that they owe allegiance, accountability and trust to Him alone. There is no God but Jehovah. There is no power but the Jehovah Power.  There is no Ghana of Africa outside the Ghana of Jehovah’s Vision, Election, Building, and Glory. Politicians of Ghana, behold, A New Day has dawned.  Jehovah alone is the God of Ghana.  No man, nor spirit, nor power, no political party, nor clan can claim Ghana. He is ready to judge conduct and performance and defend His nation and people. Ghana is free and free forever in Him.
