DAILY GRAPHIC AND GHANA TODAY
THEME: SPIRITUAL NEUTRALITY AND THE MANDATE OF THE STATE PRESS
Peace be to you! The Spirit of the Lord has come upon us to write to express doubts and fears about the neutrality and honesty of the Daily Graphic. As a state owned-public corporation, in the political power game and current drama with moral probity and sound conduct in righteous, just, and honest handling and management of the assets, resources, and treasury of the country in the governance of the land. The declaration brought forth by the Spirit of God is as follows:
DAILY GRAPHIC:
i. A HATCHET ORGAN
ii. A PLUNDER HAMMER
iii. A PUBLIC OPINION ENGINEERING MACHINE
This Divine declaration was prompted by the bold front-page report with picture in the Daily Graphic (Wednesday, November 27, 2013) on Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata’s submissions at the sole commissioner Mr. Justice Apau’s enquiry on Judgement Debts, Tuesday, November 26, 2013. The Daily Graphic report was headed: “Sale of Drill Ship. No Value for Money – Tsatsu.”
It may be recalled that the LORD God Jehovah raised alarm about the Editorial of Daily Graphic of December 5, 2012, on the trustworthiness, reliability, and hope in the Electoral Commission in connection with General Election 2012. Jehovah got His servant to rebut the Daily Graphic’s assertion in a rejoinder calling on Ghanaians to put their hope in God and not the Electoral Commission (cf Daily Graphic December 17, 2012). The rest is history. It seems Daily Graphic is “at it again.”
We cannot question the integrity, genuineness, and honesty of Daily Graphic in the front-page reportage of November 27, 2013. However, God the Creator—the Alpha and Omega, the true and righteous judge who knows the beginning and the end, the processes and the proceedings, the thoughts of men and the works of spirits and men alike—has questions about the state and place of DAILY GRAPHIC in Ghana of today.
We are persuaded in this direction that all citizens of Ghana—including institutions and corporate entities, and most certainly state corporations—have a responsibility and duty to help promote, establish, and maintain peace, tranquility, stability, righteousness, justice and equity through honesty, probity, transparent, trustworthy, and reliable conduct in governance and the building and establishment of nation and people of Peace, Righteousness, Joy, Freedom, Justice, and Liberty in the knowledge, fear, honor, and glory of God for the good, well-being, and happiness of the Nation, the People, and Government of Ghana.
We do not believe in this regard, that the Board, Management, and Editorial Board of Daily Graphic of Ghana today would wish to promote dishonest, unrighteous, unjust conduct, unscrupulous and wicked ways as well as corrupt public order in the land (Proverbs 29:2). Nevertheless, “LET GOD BE TRUE AND EVERYMAN A LIAR.”
As servant of God, we can declare that the God of Ghana has not abdicated—and will not abdicate— His interest or His throne in Ghana. His message to Ghana this Christmas 2013 season is one of PEACE and LOVE for a nation and people loved, chosen, and blessed. He has established a special ALTAR of DIVINE MERCY, PEACE, JOY and HOPE for the suffering, bewildered, and disillusioned millions of citizens and the entire nation. Let us go before the Altar for Divine Mercy, Goodness, and Power for spirit, strength, direction, and greater works for the country. Let us all work together for Peace, Love, Joy, and Hope for a new Ghana in the knowledge, fear, and honor of God. Let us not hate, betray, undermine, and destroy one another —lest we destroy Ghana, our motherland.
May we seize this opportunity to humbly declare that Ghanaians should worship and repose their trust in God the Creator and not Satan and man, the gods, goddesses, deities, and ancestral spirits, nor principalities, and powers.
Finally, we trust that you will publish this letter not only to clarify your position, but more so to assure the people and the nation that they can trust Daily Graphic of today’s management for clear, conscience free, reliable, and loyal service before God, the God of Ghana. May Jehovah God grant Daily Graphic—of today, tomorrow, and ever—wise counsel, judgement, and courage to publish the truth in the pursuit of national interest and service, cohesion, stability, and security of nation and people.
GOD BLESS GHANA!
