THEME: ONLY GOD’S CHOSEN LINEAGE MAY RULE GHANA

Abraham was a man of Faith, Creativity and Performance.  He was chosen among millions to be the protegee for the creation of a nation and people after the heart of God where the children of men and the nations failed God. Israel was to be a People God can call His own. A People who on their part will acknowledge, honor and glorify the Creator alone as their God.  Israel was to know, worship, obey and honor only one God.  She was to be unique among the nations and peoples of the world who made many gods out of creation and the works of their own hands. 

Israel was a model nation of people redeemed out of the human race, set apart by the Spirit, Law, Commandments, Light, Way and culture ordered by God and His Mercy, Blessings and Eternal Protection and Presence of the Creator in their midst.  The presence of God in the midst of Israel was proved not so much by the heavenly power and miracles exhibited through Moses and Victories in wars on the redemption march to the Promised Land as by the presence of cloud by day and fire by night on the way as well as Fire and Cloud in the Tabernacle during worship. God the Creator became known as the God of Salvation, Defense, Refuge and Glory of Israel, the Chosen People of God model nation for the world. 

The history of Israel has proved two things, the Blessedness, Joy and Glory of a People Chosen by the Covenant Keeping, Righteous and Faithful God (Psalm 33:12; Psalm 48:1-3).  The second lesson is that God the Creator is a jealous God.  He abhors the worship of other gods and would rather destroy and scatter His very own and chosen people, Israel than co-exist and share honor and glory with His own creation. Abraham the father of Israel got to know this right early in his fellowship with God when instead of keeping faith with God in waiting for the promised seed of inheritance through his wife Sarah he took Hagar for wife to circumvent the Divine order and establish his own dynasty and not that ordered by the Most High God. 

Thank God Abraham was a man of faith, obedience, honor, purity and integrity.  As soon as it became clear that he made a wrong step in accepting to father a child by Hagar, he obeyed God’s commandment to rid himself, His inheritance and dynasty through Hagar (Genesis 16; 17; 21:1-14). We know from the scriptures in this connection that it was not Ishmael alone that was denied the robe of dynasty.  Esau is the son of Isaac, too.  And that too, according to the immutable word of God that the older of the twin children shall serve the younger (Genesis 26:23). 

Ghana is an elected and chosen nation.  Ghana Redeemed People and Star of Africa is the story that has unfolded quite well so far.  It is God the Creator who in His wisdom, power, authority and mighty works has brought Ghana to the present threshold of Peace, Stability and Hope for Progress, Prosperity and Glory as Nation and People of God. 

Ghana’s present position is not, repeat not the doing of any man or spirit, political party, revolutionary ideals, works and attainments or religion.  The present standing of the nation is the work of direct divine intervention, redemption and take-over of the country by God the Creator.  God has delivered the country from captivity by spirits and men, principalities and powers of satanic oppression, human devices of exploitation and manipulation, economic deprivation, religious deceit and enslavement, and cultural darkness that perpetuated backwardness and poverty. 

Jesus Christ the Saviour and Redeemer, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace who has instituted and commissioned the redemption mission is the one who has brought Ghana to the present state of peace, quiet and stability and hope. Ghana has regained her robe as Star of Africa as a result. We have stated this clearly in the book, The Ghana Redemption Story.   

Now, although Ghana is enjoying this flying start, there is no guarantee that the mercies of God will abide with us if we take to the gods, religion of false gods, blood sacrifices and falsehood, false philosophies and ideologies bereft of truth, life and light and which deny God, reduce peoples and nations to simpletons of human devices and the worship of human institutions which at best try to make man God and matter spirit. This is not the way of peace, life, light, hope and glory for chosen, sought out, redeemed Ghana, Beulah Land, the New Jerusalem, the City of God (Isaiah 62). 

Above all, chosen Ghana, Star of Africa cannot allow Hagar to replace Sarah.  That will be an abomination. The children of Sarah and Hagar may dwell in peace under one roof.  But certainly, it will be an abomination to God and a treachery to the Divine Will of Election of Ghana and Blessing of Peace, Quiet and Stability, Progress and Prosperity in the Knowledge and Hand of God if Hagar supplants Sarah. 

“The LORD has sworn by His right hand 

And by the arm of His strength 

Surely, I will no longer give your grain 

To be food for your enemies; 

And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine, 

For which you have labored. 

But those who have gathered it shall eat it, 

And praise the LORD 

Those who have brought it together  

shall drink it in My holy courts” (Isaiah 62:8-8) 

Surely, Hagar Cannot Disinherit Sarah and Reign over Ghana, the chosen nation of the Most High God.
