THEME: THE CORONATION OF THE PRINCE OF PEACE OVER THE STAR NATION  

We write this piece to the praise and glory of Jehovah God, Creator of heaven and earth. We dedicate it to the glory of Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, Saviour, Redeemer, Prince of Peace and King of Glory. 

Peace in Ghana is the outcome of Divine works in and towards the country.  It is a Divine Heritage for a nation and a people chosen of God for His inheritance in Africa and the world. Yes, peace in Ghana is Divine Work and Heritage for Ghana and Africa. Amen! 

May the Church, the Governments, the Nation and the People of Ghana cherish, maintain, and defend peace in Ghana—as well as the political, economic, social stability, and progress of the country—as Divine Heritage to the Church, the Nation and the People present and future generations on to eternity. May God Almighty bless, prosper, and control the destiny of the country from this time forth and forever more.  May the mercy and goodness of God abide with the nation now and forever more. Amen and Amen! 

In this article, we declare in the name of the Most High God that peace in Ghana is one of Divine work ordained, ordered, worked out, and established by the Most High God through His Son Jesus Christ, our Reconciler, Saviour, and Redeemer. Jesus Christ has worked this out with and through His church in the land.  Christ has gone out to reconcile the nation with the Father and to deliver nation and people from the workings and controlling forces of darkness and the shadow of death, the pervading forces of wickedness and cruelty, wars, violence, blood, and the damning heritage of impunity with satanic worship and satanic power responsible for the abuse of power, trust, resources, and the sacredness of life present and persistent in the tradition, custom, culture, leadership, politics, and governance throughout Africa, and many nations in the world. There is also the working realities of man’s inhumanity to man through exploitation, oppression, and robbery in the world as a whole.  For example, the damning African slavery affair is the combined effect of Africa’s politico-cultural realities and the worship of commerce and imperialism. 

Throughout the world, nations and all of creation are suffering at the hands of leaders and powers—of both men and spirits dominating the affairs of nations and world. It is in this context of Satan and men in alliance against God, and man and the perpetuation of sin, evil and wickedness in many nations that God has chosen Ghana for deliverance and redemption and the establishment of a New Thing in human affairs and world order through His beloved Son whom He sent. 

Peace in Ghana is the evidence and open manifestation of Divine ordained, ordered, and established ‘New Thing’ in Africa, among the Gentile nations and the world as a whole. Be it known and acknowledged that the peace, stability, and token progress of the country are not the result of tribal hegemony, political savvy, wise counsel, and governance in Post-Independent Ghana.  It is the work of God. Left to tribal or ethnic cohesion, party politics, and governance Ghana will still have been in the woods as it is the case in many African countries and the world. 

Similarly, peace in Ghana is not the result of religious understanding, tolerance, cooperation, or a shared oneness in the knowledge of God, nor agreement on the nation and her destiny as such. 

To be sure, the overall peaceful disposition, religious fervor, religious leadership, wise counsel, and love of country have played a part. But let it be known that: it is the deliberate, divine interventionist action in the redemption and direction of national affairs by the Almighty God that have wrought peace in Ghana.  Hence, peace has prevailed and remains steadfast in spite of all the wicked works of darkness and perversion by spirits and men—domestic and foreign, national and international—acting against the country. God is watching over Ghana.  This is a baffling mystery to many in the dark world. 

The truth is that God Almighty has chosen Ghana for a Divinely ordained New Thing—of spiritual and social order for His Kingdom Glory in Africa and the world in the End-Times. It is this election of Ghana for End-Time God Kingdom Glory Order in the nations on earth that ushered the nation and people onto the path of Divine order of peace, righteousness, justice, joy, light, freedom, liberty, divine goodness, and mercy in and through Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, Lamb of God, Saviour, and Redeemer. Christ who is—the Word of God, by whom and for whom creation is the divine spirit power, author, wisdom, and power behind the peace of God in Ghana. He is the Prince of Peace as well as King of Glory.  Hallelujah! 

Be it known that having ushered Ghana into peace, Jesus Christ will continue to administer, supervise, protect, and defend His Divine Everlasting Kingdom and Peace in the country.  He will watch over it and ensure that peace will abide and remain with Ghana. Nonetheless, Christ will need a vigilant church to watch over things (Isaiah 62: 1, 6-7). The Church will need to be supported by a militant peace-oriented and peace-loving citizenry to maintain the peace of the land. The angelic hosts are always ready for action, provided they have human counterparts in place. 

We have been privileged to come to this understanding because of our enlistment and commission in the Divine End-Time Kingdom Army and the Christ (Messianic) redemption mission, and Kingdom battles to liberate the country from the combined forces of ‘Satan-man’ alliance in the spiritual, politico-economic, and socio-cultural arrangements in the country. The declarations we have made constitute part of our testimony on the Christ National Redemption Kingdom Mission in Ghana. The Divine End-Time Kingdom Army commissioned and assigned with the task by Jesus Christ and the Father, is comprised mainly of Soldiers of the Cross drawn from the Ghana Evangelical Society, an evangelistic and missionary movement in the country. 

The Society’s commission has to do with reconciling, delivering, redeeming, rebuilding, and establishing the nation under God, His Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Liberty, and as Beulah Land and God Kingdom glory state and people. 

THE DIVINE INTERVENTION AND REDEMPTION MOVEMENT 

The Historical Cycle (1961- 2000)  

God in His Divine wisdom and counsel, confronted and overthrew the combined forces of “Satan-man” alliance—the wicked spiritual, political, and economic arrangements that arose against the knowledge, reigning, and ruling power of God over the nation that begun in the colonial era. The Divine action was aimed at restoring the country on the Divine path and plans concerning the destiny and glory of Ghana as the leading and “Star Nation” in Africa—emancipated, reconciled, redeemed, and restored to glory in God’s Kingdom Order on earth. 

The Divine intervention began during the First Republic, with its economic challenges, political confusion, violent and oppressive governance, and social destabilization. Consequently, Ghana’s forward march came to a complete halt in February 1966 with the overthrow of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah because of this.  This was followed by civilian-cum-military political upheavals, with painful consequences to people, country, and continent.  

The Divine redemption action took place in three major realms, the Spiritual, the Politico-Economic, and the Tradition and Cultural Heritage. In Part 2 we will discuss the Divine Redemption movement that set Ghana free and brought PEACE to our homeland.
