TRUTH AND PRINCIPLES, THE WAY
THEME: DIVINE JURISPRUDENCE AND THE FOUNDATION OF NATIONAL STABILITY
God the creator—in His knowledge, wisdom, and counsel—has established His creation, angels, men, and all, the sun, moon, stars, animate, and inanimate things, as well as the solar system, the forces, virtues, powers, systems, and structures in nature upon His Spirit, Power, Authority, Truth, Principles, Laws, and Commandments to guide activity and conduct of creation as a whole in particular, determinate, predictable and therefore manageable ways so nature can run its course in safe and secure manner. The Bible reveals that this is made possible through the Creator’s power in upholding all things by the word of His power. The Creator’s word power and wisdom is Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. (Hebrews 1: 1-3)
We consider the determinate, predictable, and manageable systems in nature—including the nature, capacity, abilities, and maneuverability of the human spirit, mind power, and strength—as part of the Creator’s endowment and heritage of goodness in nature and natural order on the earth and universe as a whole.
For example, because sunlight, moonlight, and starlight run on predetermined and predictable lines, men, animals, birds, and fishes live on the whole in good, safe, and secure conditions and ways. Similarly, human adventure and human enterprise are generally speaking, determined, pursued, and conducted under stable even if challenging conditions. The truth is that peace and stability in nature make life bearable, safe, and secure. Changes and variations in the “normal ways” in nature cause but much havoc, death, destruction, and woes to man, beast, and all.
That is to say, the Divine mercy, goodness, and providence in nature varied in any way or withdrawn can become the source of or can explain Divine wrath, judgement, and justice—or simply put, ‘An Act of God’ in the affairs of men and creation.
It is pure and true to say therefore, that God the Creator is True, Holy, Righteous, Just, and Faithful. He renews His faithfulness in the providence of faithful supply of air, water, and sunlight in stable and predictable manner every day. Yes, He is true, righteous, merciful, and good. Amen!
The creator is not capricious. He does not vary the climate, natural force power supply and systems at random. It is true however that, He has power to vary things. He has power to judge angels, men, and spirits when they offend, depart from, or divert the power and course of nature for evil, wicked, destructive, and unacceptable ways and ends. God is good, but He is also a God of justice.
We humbly submit that it is the secured, reliable, and dependable systems in nature that made God, we believe declared His creation as good at the beginning. Indeed, it is the stable set systems in nature that have created and provided safe and secure environment for science and technology. Truly, science and technology have not in any way created nor added anything new to nature. Resourcing, recycling, re-arrangement, and transformation through borrowing, manipulation, and distribution is not creation. What is, is what has been, and is also what will be, unless and until the Creator brings change. The Word of God (the Bible) therefore declares that there is nothing new under the sun.
“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done; and there is no new thing under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9, KJV)
There is no debate therefore, that the stability, reliability, and dependability in nature are a reflection of the nature, truth, holiness, power, wisdom, knowledge, righteousness, and faithfulness of God. They also confirm the mercy and goodness of the Creator God towards His creation on earth.
It is out of the unchangeable and dependable nature that man has found and drawn truth, knowledge, wisdom, and help for life. God’s truth and righteousness, constant, consistent, and unchanging nature in the natural environment has made possible written and unwritten laws, principles, and theories to guide life and conduct in man’s efforts to subdue the earth and eke out of life. Thus, when man decided to ‘be God’—with right to order and manipulate nature’s endowment of power, properties, virtues, and strength and devises his own ways as God unto himself and creation—the Creator introduced change and opened the way for variation. He placed variation, non-cooperation, non-dependability, and instability in nature.
From sweat, war, and woes has fallen man, been condemned to eke out life, its security, and safety. Divine judgement is set in place. No more will rebellious disobedient man live in peace and comfort, security, and permanence. Death, destruction, and futility have become his lot. The reality now is a state of challenge to peace and tranquility, safety, security, predictability, reliability, and dependability in human conduct and nature as a whole. “The soul that sins shall die”—this is the verdict.
We can conclude that established Divine Truth and Principles are the safe, secure, and reliable way open to human society faced with corruptible, variable, and non-predictable fallen human nature and society. National peace, stability, and security, human adventure and enterprise, life and conduct as a whole fall under this rule. Thus, it is necessary that the statues and laws, regulations, rules, administration, and governance of the nations and peoples must of needs be determined, established, administered, and managed upon truth and principles openly acknowledged, understood, agreed upon, accepted, and accessible to, by, and for all. That laws, rules, regulations, management, and conduct of affairs should be stable and secure and not made subject to variations, manipulations, and practice according to type, fancy, and convenience of government, rulers, judges, principals, and management of nation, institutions, and administration of the day, times and seasons, pragmatic considerations, dictates, and conveniences. Even human conscience is not a dependable factor and measure of conduct.
It is imperative in this respect that the Constitution, Statutes, and Laws set in Divine Holy Truth and Principles should constitute the only reliable and dependable way for righteousness, judgement, and justice in nations. That regulations and rules of conduct, management, administration, and governance in Ghana must first and foremost be determined, guided by, and made to comply with Divine eternal truth and principles so peace, righteousness, judgement, and justice in Ghana can stand clean and pure before God and generations.
However prudent or convenience before conscience, the technicalities of law and rules cannot take precedence over Truth and Principles, the Bench and Bar of courts on earth, must operate in safe, secure, and dependable conditions as it is in heaven if peace and tranquility, stability, security, righteousness, judgement, justice, freedom, and liberty, progress, prosperity and the well-being of people and nation can abide and flourish in Ghana. Then can we enshrine and ensure lasting peace, honor and glory, the dignity and sacredness of life in the governance and administration of Ghana, our motherland.
May the Almighty God—Father of Jesus Christ, Saviour, Redeemer, and King—breathe His Truth and Principles behind creation, peace, righteousness, and justice upon the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary, as well as the Public Services and Administration of the land including the Armed Forces and security agencies of the land, so there be peace, righteousness, justice, stability, and security in the land. May Divine blessing of goodness and mercy, stability and security prosper and flourish in our nation. Let freedom and liberty, progress, happiness, and prosperity flourish and shine as the reality of life, character, conduct, and joy in Ghana.
May we end by saying that we are confident that the Most High God has great things, greater glory, and joy in fact for the nation, people, and government of His Chosen Nation and People—Ghana, Beulah Land, Star of Africa. Amen and Amen!
In fact, His word to the Church, the People, the Nation, and the Government is that “I WILL NOT LET GHANA GO”. Thus, are we persuaded, and in fact pray that no lawyer nor judge, politician, nor public servant, will go out of his/her way, whatever the dictates, prospects, and glory to stand against the standing and workings of Divine Truth and Principles, the Will and Blessings of Jehovah God upon God’s chosen and Blessed Motherland.
“Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that built it; except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” (Psalm 27:1 KJV)
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance” (Psalm 33:12)
GOD BLESS GHANA. Amen.
