UPON AN INSTRUMENT OF TEN STRINGS, UPON THE PSALTERY AND UPON THE HARP
THEME: GHANA’S DIVINE DELIVERANCE DEMANDS NATIONAL PRAISE AND TRIUMPH
The Holy Father and The LORD Jesus Christ Saviour and Redeemer have made us glad. Ghana will triumph in the works of the hands of the Most High God.
God has opened the gates of heaven and the doors of gladness and life to our beloved nation. It is He Jehovah who has first loved Ghana and chosen her for the Joy of Salvation, the Beauty of Redemption and Blessed Hope in the Restoration of Glory as Star of Africa.
Ghana will triumph in the works of Thy hands, O Lord God of our Salvation.
For a few years, you were angry with us. When we turned our backs on you and resorted to fetish power, blood sacrifices and the murder of our own folks in the worship of idols, stools and political power. Then our songs and dances, customs and practice were turned to the praise and worship of Satan, money, position and power. Academic pursuit, intellectual light, human endeavours and all were turned to the mirth of physical pleasure, material possessions and the sensual. Light became submerged and swallowed up in darkness. Fate ruled the day.
“For Thou hast proclaimed that when the wicked spring up as the grass, and when the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed”. (Psalm 92: 7).
Your word is that men speak vanity everyone with his neighbour. With flattering lips and with double heart they speak. When the wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted, the LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things.
Hence, fate came to be written on faces and the works of men. Ghana tottered in shame and reproach, political chaos, social desolation and cultural quagmire.
“For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD, I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him (Psalm 12: 5)”
Blessed be Jehovah. The God of our Salvation. Blessed be Jesus Christ, the Saviour, Reconciler and Redeemer. Thine anger is turned away, and Thou comfortedst Ghana. Thy salvation and deliverances, thy redemption and restoration have made Ghana glad.
Praise Ye the LORD God Jehovah O People of Ghana.
For His goodness and mercy that endureth forever.
Ghana has been delivered from fate.
Light has re-appeared. Darkness is overcome. Satan is defeated. Destiny is restored. Glory to God, Hallelujah.
Praise the LORD, Ghana.
Make mention that His name is exalted.
Sing unto the LORD, for He has done excellent things.
This is known in all the earth.
Ghana has struck oil, Africa is rejoicing in hope with her.
Jubilee Year indeed!
O LORD, how great are Thy works
And Thy thoughts are very deep.
Thy Kingdom has come
Thy light that has begun to shine upon Ghana will shine to illuminate all Africa. It will rekindle hope in the Diaspora and will bring humanity to the HOLY REDEMPTION SHORES OF GLORY. Ghana is Free, Africa is Free. Hallelujah.
May Your Peace, Righteousness, Justice and Joy through Faith and Hope in Jesus Christ abound with immeasurable abundance to thy glory in Ghana.
O Ghana, it is good to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto Thy Name, O Most High.
Ghana arise with pintim, dondo and fontomfrom. With an instrument of ten strings, Psaltery and Harp. With works of fingers and joyful sounds of creative works of mind and spirit and matter, Let Ghana cry out and shout Great is the Holy One of Israel with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge.
Therefore, with joy shall we draw water from the wells of salvation. For this God is our God for ever and ever. He will be our guide even unto death.
Let Thy mercy be upon us according as we hope in Thee.
