THEME: THE REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION OF AFRICA—A VISION OF THE CENTURY 

PREAMBLE 

Peace be unto the Holy Assembly of the people of Faith and Hope in God of Africa and African Decent.  It is a joy to gather at the feet of God.  And on this occasion, the gathering has to do with THE CELEBRATION of GOD and AFRICA. 

What a blessed occasion!  What a blessed day! Am blessed to have the privilege to share with the peoples of Africa, African Descent, and the entire Continent and beyond, the Will, Mind, and Plans of God for Africa. The Spirit of the Lord has described the message the Lord has for Africa today as A VISION OF THE CENTURY. 

The theme is THE REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION OF AFRICA – A VISION OF THE CENTURY. 

INTRODUCTION 

This message relates to the nation of Israel—a People Chosen of God, Promised Land flowing with milk and honey, but found themselves in captivity in a foreign land, being shelved around, and treated as slaves in a foreign land. Israel ‘came of age’ in Egypt, stranded for almost 400years before the Lord sent Moses for their redemption and transfer to the Promised Land. 

Africa, the continent of beginnings, civilization, and hope for the human race got entangled in Satanism, idolatry, sorcery, witchcrafts, and all, provoking the wrath and judgment of God, curse, condemnation, and arrest of her political, economic, and social advancement (cf. Isaiah 19).  Because of this Divine Halt of Africa’s civilization and progress—wars and corresponding economic fallout and stagnation set in, leading ultimately to the Black man of Africa being scattered global-wide as slaves, burden carriers, and downtrodden all over the place. 

A NEW DAY HAS DAWNED 

Today as we speak a new day has dawned in Africa. This new day does not derive its significance from:  

• Political Emancipation from foreign rule. 

• The rise of good governance and political systems such as democracy and human rights 

• Economic developments and increasing performance and output nor 

• Education, health and social facilities that enhance social and cultural transformation. 

The New Day is marked by Divine Act of Mercy, and Reconciliation with God and Christ Redemption and Kingdom Order, that brings Divine Love, Life, Light, Liberty, Peace, Righteousness, and Joy in the worship and service of the True and Living God. The deliverance and liberation from Satanism, idolatry, violence, blood, and the ‘Satan-man’ wicked politico-socio-cultural order and Satan control in general. 

The new day also envisage Divine Intervention in the political confusion and state of violence and war set in place by war gods and powers that be in Africa. 

GHANA: THE MODEL 

Beloved, it is this new era of Divine Intervention, Reconciliation, Deliverance, Healing, and Redemption that has raised Ghana as the “Star of Africa.”  If political arrangements and economic advancement were the factors or assessment, Ghana cannot stand as ‘Star of Africa.’  Ghana is Star of Africa because of her leading role in the Divine Intervention and Establishment of Heavenly Peace and Righteousness, Joy, and Hope in Divine Hand, Providence, and Control of the affairs of the country.  

Ghana’s position as Star of Africa is neither based on her standing in the colonial emancipation movement nor the current wave of capitalist and democratic alliances and competence with the conduct of democratic institutions. Politicians and Governments in Ghana are not an exception to the political wrangling, corrupt, inefficient management of national affairs rampant in Africa, nor even for the matter confusion as regards spiritual, social, and cultural transformation of a New Order. 

THE REDEMPTION MISSION 

Ghana has had the favor of a Mosaic-cum-Messianic Redemption Mission.  Mosaic – Deliverance from the old order.  Messianic – Redemption from Satan.  

SATAN IS THE PHARAOH 

Indeed, Satan is the Pharaoh in the Ghana Redemption Story. The New Thing! The New Day! Ghana Star of Africa is the cumulative effect of the Church mission in the country comprising; 

• Evangelism & Church growth 

• Reconciliation and Prophetic Missions 

• Redemption Kingdom Battles – the overthrow of Satan-man kingdom order 

• The Crowning of Jesus Christ as God, King, Lord, and Governor of the nation. God by Christ Jesus has taken over the governance and affairs of the country totally. 

Christ Jesus, His Government, and Kingdom Order is The New Thing and THE NEW DAY that has dawned.  It is He we refer to when we say, “Behold the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.” 

CONCLUSION 

The Redemption Mission of Christ Jesus and connected works is, THE NEW THING that has dawned in Africa. It is this that has made Ghana the Star of Africa, not the old political emancipation and expanded economic and social transformation and advancement. The Christ Redemption is redemption of Africa from old curses, condemnation and the Satan-man wicked order.   

THIS IS THE NEW DAY THAT HAS DAWNED.   

LET AFRICA LEARN FROM GHANA. 

GHANA BEULAH LAND, MADE HOLY UNTO GOD.
